Hello Sandy, do you mean target market, or where you are living? If you live in a third world country and properly run ads, yes of course, you can make money no matter where you are from. But if you are running ads to these countries, yes, it's much less likely to work

Hey man, Bing is still good but need to constantly adapt and try new offers, its also more expensive but still profitable
