You usually say seaweed is best for hydrocarbon. But Since government is not working for it, there may be some reasons for it. Please research again and find reason, why so many engineers and scientists who are working with government are not working on it. May be there is certain physics constraints.

As you said in one video, seaweed biofuel is carbon neutral bcz it's using the carbon which was already present in Earth and no extra carbon is added, If so, then isn't it similar to fossil? As we are not adding extra carbon in Earth, we are just mining it and releasing it into the atmosphere as we are extracting biofuel from seaweed and burning it into the atmosphere. Therefore I can't find the difference, plz explain.
You need to grow weeds which will take CO2 from environment and then fuel will be created from it and burning that fuel will release the same CO2 so that it becomes carbon neutral.
