Please start doing these things....listen, read, write, try to speak up in english with your friends, family members, anybody in your surroundings ... And start watching videos with english subtitles
Please start working on English speaking skills... It will take time to improve.... But one day you will speak fluent English. Actually my problem is also the same that i am not able to speak English fluently but i can write 🥲 ... I am also focusing on my speaking skills .

I have been confused with the emirates hiring process in India done by frankfinn, I have applied once few months back and they asked me to attend some kind of a pre-screening which i did attend and they said you sure will go to the interview but neither frankfinn nor emirates replied. I applied once more last month and I got a call from frankinn for pre-screen thing again, and upon reaching that guy said we remember you and you don't need to repeat the test. I asked them, then how long it can take emirates to send confirmation, he replied 'currently we have enough people for interviews and it may take months and then he added you can join frankfinn and we will send your cv without any pre-screen for the interviews in july. I m confused, are they doing it on purpose? or its just how things work for crew interviews?
