Dr Saab don’t worry about the food cleanliness in the mountain areas of Pakistan. They are much cleaner and hygienic compared to the cities in Pakistan. Whenever I go Pakistan I never get ill when I eat from the mountain areas but when I eat from cities I get proper ill.
