- Kumrat Vlog is Out!!! 😍
Kumrat valley is tucked away in the paradisiac land of Upper Dir District in KPK province of Pakistan. It is located about 45 minutes away from the town of Thal.
The Valley is a magical land of waterfalls, lush green meadows, enormous mountains and flowing river making it one of the most scenic valleys in Pakistan. Its terrain is also dominated by the vegetation of deodar trees, which are also a huge attraction point.
Owing to its immense natural beauty, Kumrat is called as ‘heaven on earth’ by many who visit.
P.S Apologies for the bad voice quality this is an old Vlog from October 2021 and i didnt use mic at that time. 😇🙏🏼

I used to travel Alot, back in the end of 19th Century. There were no roads and no hotels, no facilities, we used to cook for ourselves and used to hire rooms in people's homes for night.

@@ghazalfarooqi4498 yes dear, those time was very difficult to travel, but we were a bunch of travellers in our teenage & we were very brave, we were just 18 when we started traveling, and we did up till we were 30 years old, from 1996 to 2008.
We got a chance to travel the whole Norther Areas of Pakistan, then we tried balochi Stan, but unfortunately the condition of Balochistan was not travel friendly those days so we quitted Balochistan, now when i go to Northern Areas I get very heart broken, so much rush, so much trash, we must keep our Pakistan neat & clean.
But i really respect you both for your travel instincts, it reminds me my own time ☺️
It must've been nostalgic for you then watching it 😅 anyway good to know You've seen it in the most beautiful form and its true the more accessible these areas are to people the more the area gets effected. Just like Naran I remember in my childhood it used to be a place where we travelled the most and now i feel suffocated there due to the crowd. So too much development is not a good idea because that's decreasing the real beauty of Pakistan sadly. Thats why we prefer going off road tracks mostly that are still not visited by many. ✌🏽

There is cement and bricks everywhere now, previously it was just nature, in raw form.
I clearly remember when we went to kalam for the first time when there was no electricity after 5pm, and we saw a Cheetah in Sharam forest, & we used to see snow Leopards & ibex in Gilgit regularly while traveling.
& yes you are right about your visits, please explode kalam after the mahodand, it's very beautiful after that, & try to visit Yarkhoon Valley, Broghal Valley & Wahan Corridor. The Pamir Mountain Range From Passu to Afghanistan, then to Tajikistan, then to Uzbekistan. Pamir Range is still Unexplored, try to explore Pamir Range.

Yes agreed the road is unpaved but if talking about facilities i guess they have decent guest houses there, a bit pricey but they were good. Also food is available there too. There is this thal town market where everything is available. Thank you anyway 😇🙏🏼

I visited Ganga choti last week (Due to official obligation i did visit and came back to Islamabad same date). Now Kumrat was in my mind to visit. Maybe in Sep this year or April next year.

I crossed this tunnel back in 2009 when it was just a hole dug in the mountain and it was so scary took my jeep and cross it in 45 mints only with a special permission from Peshawar army.
