Staying at a crappy Planet Hollywood room in Las Vegas

Staying at Planet Hollywood during August 2024. Hotel had its water shut off from 2am-6am, and then when water came back on, water pressure was horrible for 2 more hours; Planet Hollywood still didn't comp anything; they said that this was a "scheduled outage" , but I asked people in elevator and no one knew.

I agree. I was at Planet Hollywood last year, and that room looked totally modernized (new furniture, new carpet)
