3-4 weeks is nothing compared to the lifetime fabrics will sit in landfills. I'm so with this made-to-order "slow fashion" system you guys have implemented for womn. I wish all clothing companies would adopt this. Question: What happens to the remaining fabric if you guys do not meet your max sales?
ahh thank you so much! So glad you're aligned with us! We save the fabric rolls and use them for other upcoming styles. None of the rolls will ever go to waste.
I believe in you!! You can quit smoking. My dad was a heavy smoker and he tried to quit many times but this time he officially quit, he’s 6 months smoke free. You got this !!
A lot of people out there don’t know this but it takes an average of 7 times to quit so for those out there that think that they can’t do it, it’s ok! You got this.
I'm not always a "subtle signals" girl, so I was like 12 min in before I realized she's dating a new guy and she was over at his place working out. I was SO concerned she was traveling lol. Anyways, so happy for her and it's so amazing for Sophia that (beyond the social media aspect of it all) she will have these memories to watch of her life where she bounced back from a hard hitting situation and began to keep on really living her life cuz a lot of ppl go through things, get knocked down, and just never get back up. Not just because it was a breakup, but a really public one- it's hard to throw yourself back in the ring again, but she's in it fighting for love and that takes more bravery than a lot of us humans have. Happy to see it :)
literally the best timing, and caught me off guard that she smokes. I'm trying to quit smoking cigarettes for the 2nd time and its the hardest thing in the world... im so happy i can relate on a personal level, and listen to you talk about the same troubles. you can do it!! Im going to give it my all too. Thank you so much for sharing this and being vulnerable
I can't think of a better way to wind down on a sunday!!! YES!! I like that you guys are conscious about not having unnecessary waste for your clothing line!
I quit cold turkey after almost 10 years. Running def helped me realize how weak my lungs were and pushed me to stop from lighting up. Funny enough, it seemed like everyone had something to say when I did smoke, and no one really noticed when I stopped. Smoking was/is one of the hardest to quit. Thanks for being a real one. PRO TIP: Stay away from smokers while drinking and always tell yourself you'll have one tomorrow when you get the urge.
So happy you are quitting smoking. It’s been almost 2 years since I last smoked weed and although I miss it sometimes, it feels amazing. You can do it Sophie I believe in you!
I FEEL U the withdrawals and mood swings are SO tough. I decided to quit vaping during quarantine and I’ve been vape free as of March 26th!!! I don’t get the urge to vape anymore. Definitely practicing breathing exercises helped and being more aware of my breathing in general & U got this Sophia!:)
I’ve never felt so connected to an online personality. I love your channel not only because of visually appealing videos but importantly, the journey that you’ve come so far since your gallbladder removal days. For me, I went through things that drained me mentally and physically, so watching your videos make me felt like I healed along with you. Your videos get through those days seeing you focused on taking care of your mind and health. I still watch “my self-love ritual” every time I’m feeling down. I love you Sophia, keep living! ❤️
You can do this!!! I believe in you!!! I smoked for over 15 years and have quit for over 2 years now. I was also a heavy smoker. It was definitely hard but the best decision ever! It will be totally worth it at the end!!!
YOU GOT THIS! what an extremely difficult way to come out to your parents about smoking, and doing your best to stop the literally toxic cycle in your family. You're absolutely amazing Sophia, and I hope you know that you can do this no matter the amount of set backs.
I loved this intro! It was upbeat and refreshing. I'm so glad you're taking quitting seriously, the health complications are just not worth the risk! Beautiful vlog as always, Sophia! Also, what is your coffee order at Philz Coffee?
You can do it!!! I started smoking really young - 14-15yo and after 15 years, I stopped cold turkey and it’s been 2.5 years. Admittedly, I’ve smoked a few times since quitting (during my gpa’s funeral and once the morning after my gma’s passing) but that’s been it and I’m never looking back. Proud of you!
i love the made to order idea for Womn, i just have one comment, you are putting all this effort to make your brand sustainable yet you’re still using lots of packed foods etc. I know we need lots of people doing it imperfectly than 1 person doing it perfectly but it just feels like it’s a simple thing that you can change to have such a big impact. I love your videos and look forward to the next one!
Sophie! I quit Juuling in January and I admit that I am still struggling even 6 months later, but IT REALLY IS SO WORTH IT. I didn’t realize how much I would look for my vape throughout the day, and that fueled me more to quit. You can do this! 💪
I admire your bravery in sharing something so private and perhaps not easy to express. live one day at a time and be happy with your progress! you can do it!
you're so brave for speaking out about vaping/smoking. what you said and how you said it hit me harder than any documentary or lecture about the topic and i truly felt your emotions throughout the clip. i hope you're doin okay soph, you'll get through this like you always have
i use to juul/vape a lot but purely bc i got engulfed in the party scene and it was what everyone was doing. i had to stop myself because it got to the point where i was killing a pod per day. some people need to hear again that’s it’s not a good habit to keep. it’s refreshing to hear you speak up about this! i’m wishing you the best of luck on your journey!
Thank you so much for speaking abt this Sophia. Super proud of you!!! I'm an ex-smoker, and vaper. This time last year I would vape literally every second of every day, it was that bad. But I'm here to tell you that you'll get through it, its hard, but you will. Also if you mess up that's ok too, just keep going! Lots of love!!
You got this Sophie! It definitely helps to have accountability from your support system, especially when the withdrawal is in high gear and smoking becomes tempting.
Hey Sophia, been smoking for almost as long as you have. And as of today it has been about a year since I last smoked! I’d say press on and every passing day I’d remind myself how far I’ve came and how my lungs are clearing up from all the BAD SHIT. It’s simply not worth picking up again! YOU CAN DO THIS GIRL!
So happy you are talking about this. I’m trying to quit myself and the thought crossed my mind that I never hear influencers talk about quitting (when there are bound to be many who smoke/have quit) Well done and good luck ❤️
That is such a brave move! I know that it might be scary to loose costumers! but its just a way to switch costumers mindset! Usually for me, someone who lives outside of the US, when I used to shop online things take up tp two months to arrive! Its not that long, I applaud you Sophia, it is such an smart change! be proud of being someone who acknowledges THE PROBLEM AND BRINGS UP A SOLLUTION! love love love
I have faith in you Sophie!!! It must be so hard but you seem like a strong woman 💪🏻 with a strong will and mind. Positive vibes your way. Proud of you 👍🏼
proud of you for quitting Sophia!! my mom has been a smoker for so many years and any time she has tried quitting she would get mints and keep them around the house / in her purse and have one anytime she was craving! you got this 🤍
I love the message that Womn has about for not having any extra waste and the fact that its slow fashion makes it more sustainable too. I posted this on yours and Weylies instagrams already but I had told you guys I already bought the lindsey top and dillon dress! I cant wait to recieve the pieces I already have the drew henley and bryn jumpsuit from the last collections and I LEGIT wear them all the time in or outside of my house. The bryn and henley are two of my favorite pieces to wear inside my house too whenever I want to look good for myself and since I'm still in shelter in place and quarantine, its the perfect excuse to wear my Womn pieces
It’s never too late to give up on a bad habit. My dad was a heavy smoker too all his life, he gave up years ago! He would smoke like 2 boxes of cigarettes a day. But he gained so much weight after he gave up smoking because the food felt like a relief for that anxiety. So watch out for that, try to not overeat too much cause it can become another addiction. You can do it Sophia! So proud of you for quitting!
So proud of you. I'm also trying to stop myself. I was able to quit for 18 months, but got back into this past year. ❤ thank you for sharing your struggles as well
Something you can try for every time you want to eat when going through withdrawals is chewing gum! I used to snack ALL the time and figured out that if I just chewed gum, it tricks my brain to thinking I'm eating. So glad you've decided to quit smoking! Every day is progress. It takes a long time to turn around a bad habit but it is definitely possible!
Thank you for being so real Sophia! I was addicted to nicotine and vaping for the past 4 years as well. Once quarantine hit I decided to quit cold turkey and my immune system and my cravings for it has gotten so much better! It was so hard because it was such a social thing I did along with my friends and everyone too. It takes a lot of strength in quitting and also sticking to it! You got this 💗💗
You got this Soph!! Been watching your channel for a while, and I honestly feel that you are so talented, so strong, and I also understand that when others say that about you, there's also that added pressure and expectation. Deciding to quit is already half the battle, go at your own pace and I'm sure you got it girl!!!! ❤️
Heya! Speaking from the crossfit community (and as someone who used to smoke a TON) your workouts are going to feel so much better in a few months. I know it freaking sucks. I got a little (understatement) mean when I quit too. But you CAN do it. If you can get through a crossfit workout and all the pain of that you can get through this.
The hardest step is always the first! More than anything, I’m happy for you that you are able to realize and recognize the repercussions of long time smoking. I can’t relate how hard it is to quit since I’ve never smoked but just think that if others can, then you damn well can too! I’m also truly enjoying the little snippets here and there of your beaux. 🥺From your red hair mac days to now, is such a drastic difference though equally as beautiful. I feel like a friend that grew up with you 😂
I've been juuling for 2 years now but in the past i used to smoke cigarettes for about 8 years. I transitioned from smoking to vaping and i know it doesn't make it better but i'm also trying to quit and it's true that it's SOOO HARD. Now that i've you seen you quit, it inspires me to also quit. Cudos to you for quitting! Much love from the Philippines ❤️
You are so brave for coming out about your smoking. It’s not an easy thing to do! You’ve got this Sophia!! Btw I love love your vlogs. I love to watch them on my treadmill walks. Makes the time go by so much faster! Keep it up! 화이팅!
My source of inspiration has uploaded once again! Your vlogs are never a disappointment and always a help for those who seriously needs to be inspired!❤️
Hey Sophia, I don’t particularly smoke but I appreciate the fact that you shared with us. I feel closer to you❤️😊 keep going girl you’ve got this!!! ILY
You got this Sophie !!! I know exactly how you feel , I used to smoke cigarettes for 2 years and then vaped for 6 years. It soooo hard but it is POSSIBLE ! It's be 1 1/2 years since I've quit and I'm not gonna lie I still crave for it once in a while , but I just remind myself that I quit for a good reason and I will not let myself go back into it.
When washing Luna, I felt the struggle, it really does takes like 3 people to wash a big dog like her😂😂😂. Also, good job on having the urge to quit because it takes a lot. I wish you luck on your journey.
Really proud of you, Sophie!!! We all have things we struggle with and seeing you change your life for the better over the years has been so inspiring. Just as you've overcome every obstacle before, you'll conquer this one too 💖
You got this Sophie! I went through the same thing (I know) and having had to hide it from my friends and family as well. Now I’m proudly clean for 2 years! So I knowwww you. 👏🏼 have 👏🏼 got 👏🏼 this 👏🏼
Hi SoSo! I never left comments before but I just wanted to tell you that I’m so happy for you! I love watching your videos they always make me feel positive about life. I’m currently at a really bad place mentally I hope I can get through this. Good luck with quit smoking you got this!,,
Such a huge step! You got this, take it day by day, and every second is a win! You’re so amazing and beautiful and I am extremely proud of you and you addressing your history with smoking on your channel.
i'm very proud of you for quitting. I've been smoking since i was 16 and i'm 33 now. i quit in 2015 cold turkey and started again in 2017. but i quit again july 2019. it's been a year and i plan on quitting forever. it's the best feeling ever. when i quit, i worked out to help these urges. you got this. you're strong. it's all in the head. if you can control that craving in your mind, you can quit. the first few months will be tough but keep striving and keep believing in yourself. you got this!
I've never had an additiction so I could be wrong but one thing that helps me in stopping a bad habit is telling myself that " I am the kind of person who never does this" The mentality that you persue to quiting something like a habit is very hard and important. Because if you are offered a cig you will either say " I'm not a smoker" or " I'm trying to quit smoking". If u say " I'm trying to quit smoking" that means you still view yourself AS a smoker. So instead, make yourself believe that " I am NOT smoker " and quiting will become much more easily to u. This goes with anything really. I read this in the book called Atomic Habits and it's worked out for me really well. I wish you the best of luck. You have my support. :)
I also quit smoking cigarettes (rather than vaping) a few times before it finally stuck but every attempt was important in getting to a place where I really stopped. Good luck Sophie. It takes 2 weeks to break the habit. I think less time until all the nicotine leaves your body. I highly recommend changing your habits in other ways too. E.g. if you used to vape in specific location, or with certain people just stop going to those places for a while. Don‘t walk that route, don‘t go to that coffee shop etc. I also think it helps to find other ways to calm yourself down - smoking was largely a stress reducer for me. Retell the story in that regard - you can breath you can change your reactions you can sit with the tension and it will pass. Also give yourself a brake for eating too much for a while - sometimes you need extra support to get through stuff and it’s healthy to do that. Xxx
Well done on quitting! I was a smoker too, I would smoke 1-5 cigarettes a day during work, yes 1-5 doesn’t seem like a lot to a heavy smoker but any amount of cigarettes or any form of nicotine intake is bad. Ever since covid happened, I’ve been working from home and I’ve had to force myself to quit. The first few weeks were rough and the urge and cravings would hit badly. I haven’t touched a cigarette in months now and it’s definitely a challenge but quitting is definitely worth it in the end. I really never got into juuls/vaping, I was more of a cigarette type of person but guess there’s no point for me to get into that since Australia is banning vaping by next year.
At first, I thought 'why'd she title Now or Never?' and now I understand why. I've seen my friends go through withdrawals and they told me it's so worth the hardship. You are a strong person and I know you can get through it. CHEERS!!
For the folks considering quitting, three of my friends did it. One of them said that acupuncture really made a huge difference. The other said hypno-therapy was key. The third one did it cold turkey (little badass) and picked running instead. Anyway, it's definitely possible (they all smoked for more than ten years). I believe in you guys.
You got this, Sof!!! Freaking proud you're quitting!
Thank you so much Jegg!!!!!
Proud yet your brand is the definition of fast fashion lol

You go girl!!! I quite by purchasing a bland flavor and it’s done wonders for my skin. Didn’t realize how much I was aging, even from vaping.
So proud of you, Sophie!! I´m sure you can do it and now everyone knowes and can support you the way you need it! 🧡

I've never had an additiction so I could be wrong but one thing that helps me in stopping a bad habit is telling myself that " I am the kind of person who never does this"
The mentality that you persue to quiting something like a habit is very hard and important.
So proud of you Sophie for sharing and for making the decision to quit!! You got this girl❤️ we all support you
I also quit smoking cigarettes (rather than vaping) a few times before it finally stuck but every attempt was important in getting to a place where I really stopped. Xxx
Good luck Sophie giving up I smoked for 20 years I gave it up life is so much better when you do for so many different reasons

100% support you in your decision to quit smoking! All the best, you can do it!
You got this, Sophia! Sending you all the love and support.
Looking forward and very excited to watch one vlog everyday but girllll you are sooooo addictive! Love all the contents in the vids. xx from Malaysia
I believe in you guys.
love your honesty soph!!! always love your videos!! i wish u luck and happiness ❤️
What nail polish color are you wearing at the beginning of the vlog? It's SO pretty!!!
