Is it possible to have another set of radio buttons as the value of a single radio button? Such as in the case of when you want the user to choose both a main category and a sub category (based on the main category chosen)?
I've tried it, but when I click on one of the options, nothing happens and the option doesn't become checked :( The value for "id" in the input is the same as the value for "for" in the label.
