    250-gram mutton (gosht)
    2 tbsp butter or oil (makkan/tel)
    1 chopped onions (pyaz)
    2 small tomatoes (tamatar)
    2 tbsp paprika (preferably Hungarian) or kashmiri red chilli powder
    Caraway seeds / shahi jeera
    3-4 garlic cloves (lahsun)
    2 small tomatoes (tamatar)
    1 carrot (gajar)
    1 large potato (aaloo)
    2 dried chilies (sukhi mirch)
    2 bay leaves ( tej patta)
    2 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)
    Salt as taste (namak)
    Water as required
