This is so cool and very amazing Cycling experience, beautiful City scenery. Great sharing again my Friend. Greetings here in Manila Philippines once again. Keep up the good work. Have a wonderful time and be safe always. L15 (12:05)
Some of those thoughts weren't too bad but you got really close to the highway oh, I would be afraid of vehicles not paying attention hitting the guardrail😮 that was a long bike ride oh, we enjoyed watching! Hope your week is going good so far!😊
Thank you, our government is building cycling route that will eventually link all the parks and towns up with cycling underpass, or bridges, this is a first phase, there is a second phase on going plan to build a long cycling bridge at the PIE highway, which I have to push my bicycle up, and will make the cycling experience even more enjoying. As was unwell after that cycling video due to the haze, so have to rest for few days.😅
lol, been cycling this route even the bishan/tpy bridge wasnt there , dont need to go overhead , just cycle along , cross by traffic lights to kallang , surprised to see many new underpass , you guys are lucky.....
LOL...I just want to try see if I could use as less traffic light as possible...so I push the bicycle up the bridge using the bicycle ram that was builded on the stairway of the pedestrian bridge...😅
Hi, thank you for watching this simple video, I. using the DJI pocket 2, with some low view scene put in my bicycle front bag and some scene hand held while riding...
what a way to end the bicycle tour at the breakwater @ Marina East with a spectacular view of the Marina Barrage and the CBD skyline in the backdrop despite the transboundary haze caused by the forest fires in Sumatra for growing oil palm. i guess the air pollution index (API) or PSI value worsened once you approach Kallang and Marina East. i can also get to see the disassembly works of the grandstands around the main pit straight area after the f1 race from gardens by the bay east across the marina reservoir. how about making the ASMR cycling videos since you make the ASMR walking videos? you can cycle around the huge Bishan-Ang Mo Kio park in the future.
Depends...if you cycle at normal speed it will take about an hour plus adding traffic lights waiting time at some point.. and some part you can't cycle fast. It took me about 2 hours plus to complete my cycling as I doing filming and I also stop at some point to rest as during this cycling trip, it was hazy.
Thank you for the great advice...as this was my first time cycling this route...so was bit lost during that section, the weather is getting better now and less rain...hopefully l can get my bicycle out for ride again...maybe exploring some different route.
Yes, I saw that at later part and some one mention to me too, thank you for your update...I just wanted trying out that overhead bridge ram to see how hard to push the bicycle up...it is not easy 😅
Alright, no more using the overhead bridge any more!!! The new Kallang Bahru underpass!!!!! The new Upper Boon Keng Underpass Tks, so much changes in just a few months.
@@ASimpleVideoSG Actually most of the cyclists do not use the narrow path by the PIE & the overhead bridge etc. (i) Instead ride thru Potong Pasir estate, ride pass St Andrew Secondary School and some Condo and turn right on the first road and you will be back to the PCN. (ii) or could ride further, ignoring the first road on the right. And you will see a flyover in front, turn right here to the PCN where you will ride pass behind a bus stop and eventually back to the PCN. Basically both paths are parallel path therefore you will reach more or less the same location.
Actually you didn't have to cross the overhead bridge. If you rode straight ahead some more you would have been able to cross over by the traffic light junction into Kallang Bahru.
Yes, you are right...I just want to try out follow the mark cycling trail and also experience pushing bicycle up the bridge...it was very hard...will not want to do that again, will have to look for traffic crossing next time 😅
@@ASimpleVideoSG these kinds of bicycle grooves are more suited for bikes that have bigger wheels and lighter. Haha at least this one is avoidable. The connector between Kallang and Macpherson, that one die die have to push up 2 bridges :(
Hi, you can actually cycle a bit further after the bus stop along the roads to cross using the traffic lights. Continue to cross the traffic lights till you reach ministry of manpower and you will find the Kallang Park connector at Geylang Bahru. Ask any cyclists ard there if you are not sure and they can direct you to the traffic light.
😅 that was my first time cycling on this route...so was a bit lost and just happen to saw the pedestrian bridge with a bicycle pushing ram, so give it a try 😅...Yes I found out later after crossing that I could cycling further and will reach the traffic lights...thank you for the time and your advice. 👍

Cities should have mor eriding tracks like this! Important for promoting fitness!
Nice, what brand and model of action cam did you use? Helmet mounted?

wrong time to go outdoors and cycle...@@ASimpleVideoSG

Yes, there are a lot of places that need improvement great to know you cycle around in Singapore, thank you for view my simple video too.
Thanks for the video … what would you estimate total cycling time from Bishan to Marina Bay ?

Wow … that’s a lot faster than I thot !I would have guessed 3-4 hours with filming stops & some rest …. thanks again
@@fairudzb Yes, it almost near to 3 hours...
Hi, this is my general route, but if you had turned left over the footbridge then right at 16:37 you could have saved yourself a lot of headaches!!

At the 20min mark go down to the traffic junction and turn right. No need to cross the overhead bridge. 😅
