I looked at the letters. I think I found out what they mean. After careful consideration and arrangement I discovered the hidden meaning.
The letters where suppose to be at the start of the book. From my limited Arabic studies I have translated this much. The letters, when arranged properly, say:
    “To: Candy
All people and events portrayed in this book are fictitious and any similarities to people alive or dead is pure coincidence.”
I think I captured the meaning of those letters perfectly.

    Dont believe
“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”

Rama replied gently: 'Please listen to what is now being said. In the very beginning of your Koran, at the top, are three letters, alif (A), lam (L) and mim (M). Can any of you or any learned Mulawi of Islam explain what these three letters mean?' The Moslems replied that this was a secret which Allah had kept to himself.
Swami Rama laughed heartily at this remark and said: 'When God has revealed the entire Koran for the benefit of mankind, as the Muslims claim, it is very strange that he has kept its very heading a secret. No. It is not so. If you, the Muslims who put full faith in the Koran do not know the secret of the letters A, L, M, Rama will tell you what they signify. Alif, lam and mim are nothing but alif (A), wao (O) and mim (M), that is, AOM or OM.'
The Muslims objected that the letter L is not the same as the letter O, but Swami Rama pointed out to them that in Arabic grammar L is pronounced O when it falls between a vowel and a consonant, as in the names Shamsuddin, which is written Shamsaldin, or Nizamuddin, which is written Nizamaldin. The letter lam (L) becomes silent and gives the sound of the Arabic letter pesh (O or U). Therefore ALM is no secret; it is clearly and unambiguously OM and nothing but OM. It is Kufra, heretical or a sin, to blame God for keeping it a secret. From the dialogues of Swami Rama Tirtha

Arabism is one of the biggest lies in history. "Arab" is not a race, not a nation and not an ethnicity. The "Arab" identity that is widely refered to today is a result of Arabaist-lsIamic conquests and propaganda - it is an lsIamic construct. The same is true for the "Arabic" language which didn't really exist before the advent of lsIam.
The term "Arab" means someone of the desert. It originally describes someone who is a nomad of the sand deserts, similar to how the term "Bedouin" is understood - it doesn't denote an ethnic group. Nowdays when the term "Arabs" is used what it really means is "ArabaISTS" = Pan-Arabists, which is tied to the ideology of Pan-Arabism. That is not an ethnicity either.
As for the so-called "Arabic" language - it's actually a mixture of other languages - Himyaritic, Syriac-Aramaic and Hebrew, with a tiny bit of Greek, Persian, and Geez. This mixture was formed and developed due to various influences in Hijaz prior to the advent of lsIam, and it shaped this Quranic admixture of languages. This mixture is what was eventually put into the "canonical" Quran and was spread via the sword in brutal Arabaist-lsIamic imperiaIism and coIoniaIism to other places. This process involved the destruction of other cultures and replacing it with an Arabaist-lsIamic one. The so-called "Arabic" language is nothing more than a Quranic admixture of other languages. Arabism and lsIam are two sides of the same Arabaist-lsIamic coin.
So-called different dialects of "Arabic" are an admixture of an admixture - a mix of the Quranic admixture of languages with different languages.
lsIam itself is a badly made twisted plagerism from Paganism that was spread in Hijaz at the time, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity, and Sabean religion, with a "Muhammadan" "lsIamic" twist. It is a recipe for Arabaist-lsIamic imperiaIism, coIoniaIism and supremacism.

Here is a funny fact. My father said "Only Allah know what Alif Lam Meem means." then later he complains "The Christians do not know where the word "Amen" comes from they just say it!" It took me a bit but glad I caught it while I was young that this was hypocrisy. Even in some speeches on Friday prayer, the speakers try to point out how Christians do not know the meaning of "Amen" and this "proves" Christianity is a false religion.
So, I tried pointing out one time to my father. "If Christians do not know what Amen means and we do not know what Alif Lam Meen means, isn't it obvious they are the same?" and this infuriated my father "No No No No! Alif Lam Meen are true words of Allah. That is the difference. When we say it, it has meaning. When Christians say Amen, it's just empty and hollow and they do not understand."
I am thinking to myself. "That does not answer my question. Sounds like a child saying "No mines is better than yours." but asking him angered my father so I pretend to nod and understand. Followed by a "Ah Okay. Good point:" When really it just left me with more questions.

Most cuneiform tablets from bronze and iron age Mesopotamia are about incredibly dull things. I don't know that particular story but it makes sense.
Lots of boring accounting and legal records in all those clay tablets. Everyday business stuff. But there's literature, historical writing, religious statements as well, obviously. The best ones are jokes and complaints.
If mesopotamian polytheism had survived to the present day, I'm sure there would be an kinds of ridiculous mystical claims about many of those dull tablets. Religion does weird things to your brain. Lol

Some Jewish Rabbis talk about these letters
Nearly every one at this time was illiterate and only Jews could read and write
And they forced the Jews to copy and compile the text
And these are scripted Hebrew letters unlike the block Hebrew letters that are common.
And that they are Hebrew curses
It was common for Jews to place notes on letters that they would send to each other but never translate it to the paying customer in this case forced. It was to inform the Jews on each end of the correspondence of a secret
Remember Arabic and Hebrew have the Same base language Aramaic

(AO(L) M. AOM = 🕉️) From the Dialogues of Swami Rama Tirtha in 1902!

when u come to read Quran First you need to understand that you can not understand everything
And understand that Allah knows more than you
Certainly You will make attempt to understand Quran you ask guidance from allah for the understanding of this deen
but at the end all knowledge belongs to him
If you come with attitude of arrogant and curiosity only you will get nothing
so come with an attitude of submitting your intellect to Allah’s word and door of wisdom will be opened 😇

[Quran 2:1] A.L.M.* alif, laam, meem
*2:1 These initials remained a divinely guarded secret for 1400 years. Now we recognize them as a major component of the Quran's mathematical miracle (see Appendices 1, 2, 24, and 26). The meaning of A.L.M. is pointed out in Verse 2: "This scripture is infallible." This is incontrovertibly proven by the fact that the frequencies of occurrence of these three initials in this sura are 4502, 3202, and 2195, respectively. The sum of these numbers is 9899, or 19x521. Thus, these most frequent letters of the Arabic language are mathematically placed according to a super-human pattern. These same initials also prefix Suras 3, 29, 30, 31, and 32, and their frequencies of occurrence add up to multiples of 19 in each one of these suras.
