According to me he is good for that interview but not for exactly international process. HR Round Versant Typing Ops AMCAT Versant and AMCAT will be bit same Also HR Round and Ops round also be same with introduction and some additional questions about job process or about your experience also about customer service. Typing test will be for 1 minute That's not much tough to clear only you don't have to be nervous that's it. Keep politeness and calmness in your voice . That's it.

Work on your comms and vocab. Let me sum up things for ya' for better understanding and doing what things will improve which part of ability. 1) Read English story books, Highlight any difficult word and Google it to understand its meaning. Write it down somewhere to remember it forever. 2) Watch English movies with subtitles. This will help you to improvise your statements efficiently in lesser time so that you can hit quick responses. 3) To practice the basics of speaking and killing nervousness. Stand in front of the mirror and talk to yourself. Sounds crazy but helps a lot as when you will be in front of the HR or on call you can assume speaking to yourself so that you do not hesitate and fumble. Hope this helps.

Bro Be around the english the much your environment is surrounded by it the much You will Be Good at it. Like Watch everything in english read everything in english, Talk To Yourself in english thats what helps you To Get into it The much you will talk To others in english who are better than You the much You will learn, it will seem Awkward when you speak wrong but Thats not a problem that moments will eventually lead You to be perfect at it.
Gave more than 50+ interview in MNC None of them confirmed the name spelling especially with alphabets, and apart from that recruiter obviously have your all details before interview confirming name 2 times with spelling does not makes any sense
Actually he has been 12 years genuine experience so thare is no struggling for compitite with communicators,So everybody can be like that at least after 2 years Speaking experience.it will be minded.
When you give interview make sure that you are in a empty place. Because unnecessary sounds really very annoying. Peaceful interview is perfect interview Instead of her if there was any other hr she would disconnect the call without thinking second time.
One thing I have issue with this call , HR she knew from the beginning that candidate is very well experienced and worked abroad, yet she asked him a stupid question like explain your locality. That's a stupid question to ask to senior level person, also her accent is so unclear
I have worked in bpo for 5 years before moving to IT. Trust me BPO helps you sharpen your communication skills and teaches you time management. My brief stint in bpo helped me a lot
