Hey man, I see you installed emgs on your nice Ibanez RG, was there enough room for the battery? I'm thinking about doing the same but the cavity is a bit tight..
Mate, I was wondering the same issue you just mentioned before installing it, then I dared giving it a try To be straight, the cavity is just barely enough for all EMG wiring and stuff (mine are 81/85) I did no modding to the stock Ibanez cavity It is very tight inside, so I put the battery in between all stuff and keep it held by 3M tape Just FYI to select the short shaft if you order these PU sets from EMG mate
