Hi Sean, Yes! Step 1, learn headstand well! You need to get to the point that headstand is so easy that it becomes boring (make sure you stand on the middle of your head, NOT your forehead - common mistake). Step 2, when entering Au na Cabeça, start with side of your head on the floor (see 1:08 in the video). Some of the most advanced Capoeiristas still do not adapt this technique for unknown to me reason - its not that difficult and it looks really smooth. If I saw a video of you doing the move, I could give you some advice ;) All the best!
