I know it's been overbooked but this is the only way for Roman's reign to end. What an ending! This is a new era!!!
It needed to be overbooked it's WrestleMania 40, it was amazing.
Technically, it’s only overbooked to counter the Bloodline. Jimmy vs. Jey, Cena vs. Solo, Taker vs. Rock, Cody vs. Roman. Plus, Seth being the SHIELD.
CODY HAS COMPLETED THE STORY AND ACHIEVED THE AMERICAN DREAM. I got extremely emotional and had goosebumps, Like Michael Cole said I LOVE PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING

This was the first time in YEARS I actually screamed at a WWE event finish. I am so glad he got to finish the story. Everyone was emotional and so was I. Such amazing storytelling through the whole match, and something I will never forget. What a great start to this new era.

@@Keatonolu it was foreshadowed during the Rock beating up Cody backstage segment, so not only should it have been The Rock’s past foes, but Austin’s picture was right next to Cena’s. Cena stopped Solo and Taker stopped The Rock. Roman barely had anything to do with it.

I knew it wasnt dean ambrose when the shield music played. Seth mentioned last week to cody "I will be your shield". It makes sense because he came in the shield gear and sacrificed himself to take those chair shots from roman where roman could have smashed cody with it and helped cody to recover in the meantime to hit the crossroads on roman while roman was whopping seth. So as promised he became Cody's shield. Phenomenal and emotional storytelling
