  • In this live stream, I discuss my approach to reMOC and add to the back of official LEGO sets, since most of them have open backs.
This allows you to integrate the sets better with expert modular buildings in a custom LEGO city.

Just found your channel. Many of these things are how I am building my Lego city. Good stuff and glad to see I’m not the only one using this method.

I’ve been away from the LEGO modular builds for a while, I come back and find this amazing channel. I am really enjoying your content, but I’ve always wanted to make a China town build, something similar to the LEGO ninjago builds in the past. Wondering if you would ever take on a project like that

Hello J C, many thanks for all the tips in this video. About Bikes: With the original version, you cannot connect bikes to red and green parts. It’s why I have suggested another way to build the stand. You can see a picture of my version on this page:
    www.bricklink.com/v3/crowdfunding/designer-sets-for-adult-fans-of-lego/62147/Bikes!

The upside down photo? Where is the technic pin? What was the reason the bike could not attach to the back of the clip originally? I thought the box art shows the bikes attached to the studs but front wheels go between the supports of the stand.

Hello J C, on the Bikes page, CCB_18 has posted a comment on june 30. He explains the problem when you try to attach the bikes to the shelter. On july 1st, Admin_Russel replied to CCB_18 telling that the bikes are not supposed to be attached to the shelter. On july 20, I (denisedge) have posted a picture of my version. Enlarge the picture and take a look at the two yellow Technic rings. In my version, those rings are placed one other the other one. It’s not like this in the original version. After my modification, I was unable to replace the light grey control at left hand side. Not enough space to connect it using the stud on its top. So, I have used the extra little Technic pin to connect the controller. You don’t see the Technic pin on the picture because it is connected under the vontroller.

@@musicbinderpro8903 ok I get it now. Thanks for the explanation. I then personally think adding in the clear stud is easier 😁😂
