I was into non tech projects prevent but now in new company im into technical projects where development ans testing is going on. And i was in call with team but sab kuch upar sw gaya mere. Let's say we determined story points for my 10 stories in PBL. How do I determine development efforts in hours based on story point or there is separate way to calculate man hours in scrum
We can never compare 10 story points or any number of story points in hours. You can understand more in next video which is on velocity.

Actully in agile BA role is becoming stagnent. You should aim to become SM or PO. Your BA exp can help you become PO.
Hi Sir, one question. Consider there is a 2 weeks Sprint and it contains 5 user-stories. Out of them for one User-Story the StoryPoint given is 8 and for the remaining user-stories the storypoint(s) are 5 and less than that.
As the sprint is considered to be resolved in 2 weeks then what is the use of the storypoint value?
Here in my case userstory-storypoint value is 8 and it might take almost 2 weeks or more than that..in such cases how to proceed?

m pji sprint can be of 1,2 or 3 weeks and which does not meen that story points taken has to be completed even with impediments or any obsticles. Storypoints can be spilled over to next sprint if not completed. For more details u can whatsapp me and we can discuss at +65 98480214.

Story points ka number of hours , days sai koi relation nahi hota. Its just to get velocity of team. If your manager is asking time then its not agile.

In planning session if i give 3 storypoint to one of story and my junior give 5 story point for same story .
In this situation which story point taken in to consideration .

refinement is done by all three parties SM, PO and team. It is done before sprint planning. Before spring planning we do refinement and refined stories are taken in sprint planning and story pointing is done. In sprint planning we start sprint. SM checks with team if all stories are clear to team and then SM checks story points and update on stories to be taken and velocity will be taken care and start sprint
