Obviously having disc golfers run House of Discs will be better for their customers, but the biggest takeaway is that the VC/PE firm has given up on big profits from HoD, another signal of ongoing disc golf contraction.

Some times this channel is a little negative and click baity. The Bud Hill coverage was a nice balance calling out the good things in out sport. Please keep this up and balance the negative with the good. It helps with digesting the hard truths.
Great vid guys! Raised baskets aren't lazy course design, it's a lack of money. Designers know they could build a mound and put a basket on it, or clear some trees to move the basket to a more challenging location, but that costs a lot of money compared to a raised metal base with a basket on top.

I thought the complaint was the stupidity that there's a basket height regulation requirement for manufacturing the baskets... But then they can hang the basket from a tree 5 feet off the ground. So what's the purpose of the height requirement?

I had subscribed, after getting value out of a few of your videos, but recently I had to unsubscribe. It's a trivial thing, but when I go to the TH-cam Home tab the first thing I get scrolling down is a raft of shorts to select from, and since I subscribed, 3-4 out of 6 have been your dailies, with the same annoying thumbnail of the guy giving the weird thumbs up, and after a while that became tedious to the point where I'd rather it not be there than remain subscribed. If you'd consider generating new thumbnails for your dailies that might help...

@@joerodriguez9228 you cannot have a legitimate, established handicap without being a member of one of the Golf Associations and those rounds have to be submitted and verified to get approved. The PDGA only offers round ratings on sanctioned rounds. There is less difference here than you imply and you have to pay, one way or another, for both.

To be consistent the PDGA has to indefinitely suspend Ray. Same punishment other TDs have gotten for stealing from players.

I'm all for elevated baskets, hanging baskets, and ground level baskets. Their should be no fixed height. It's part of what makes a hole challenging.
