Great. It worked. Thank you. Though my TH-cam Music app was already enabled so I disabled it, then enabled it again and followed instructions from there. Now I have the YT Music app icon on my phone.

My android does not show the enable feature at the top right, only at the bottom it gives three options which are, Open , Disable and force stop.

If you still have this problem, I did a force stop, then disabled. Then the enable button showed up and clicked on it. The app was on there when I checked. Hopefully this works.

I find that sometimes, it's very frustrating. But if you go into settings, find Apps, then click on all apps. If you scroll down you should find TH-cam app (if it's installed on your phone of course). Tap the app then tap enable, then back to Apps. Scroll to top of page and click on the three dots and click Reset app preferences. My TH-cam Music app was already enabled so I clicked disable, then enabled it again. Then followed instructions and it worked for me. Good luck 👍
