Owned two Thor, one was a 40’ class-a gas, second was a 40’ class-diesel. The current Thor diesel is built well, no big issues.
The slam latch Matt appears to be having a problem with is because the thick weatherstrip is new; I had same issue but eventually it’s fine. I like that they do close and lock when new, just need to press firmly to lock.
Too bad its a Thor product..ps too bad all those storage doors weren't adjusted CORRECTLY At the Factory... wonder what else was not "adjusted" correctly...bet the roof has wrinkles all over it...THOR SUCKS
I was thinking the same thing. Spending all that money and you can't get the doors shut
And, its presumably been through General RV's PDI facility in Indiana!

Matt, I think that small bath/shower would be nice for a family with small children. It does, after all, have bunks.
I completely agree with Andrea on that shelf in the kitchen. I’d prefer more counter space than having to stretch across the counter to grab stuff. I’m not sure what the heck Matt’s thinking liking it. #TeamAndrea

Growing up in older homes, showers were in tubs so the stepping up and over in these RVs never seems like a big deal for me. Love the amount of interior storage space, especially the kitchen drawers. The counter ledge is fine by me, good for spices or decor like plants or something. Those slam doors were annoying AF.

That small shower is fine. It's for kids, grandkids, etc.. keep people out of the adult shower.
Guess someone doesn't have grandchildren that you really want a tub for. Hate to say this but at 75 I like to soak in a tub after a long hike, makes my legs happy.
As it is a bunkhouse, I’m assuming this would be for a family, and bathtubs can be a necessity. That one wasn’t that much of an intrusion.

Maybe you should have had those doors adjusted before you showed it. Doesn't make it look like very good quality.

Pretty decor but what is up with every one of those storage doors. That is unacceptable. They should’ve been adjusted at the factory. Poor quality control. Makes me wonder what else hasn’t been properly installed.
Why is a larger step up shower that big of a deal?

Why do they build the TV so ugly over the dining table? When they were finished they probably realized, oops, we forgot the TV, where should we put it? Just hang it over the table, no matter how shitty it looks! Why don't they build a pop-up TV behind the sofa? Ah, because there are people who always watch TV from their sofa?

For the money, that kitchen is terrible.
It has those nice "slam! slam! Slam!! SLAM!!!!" latch doors. The tub/shower could be useful for wealthy grandparents to bathe kids - or pets. The very wide counter doesn't add anything useful, and appliances would bounce off. The pantry next to the refrigerator has doors swinging the wrong way - the hinge should be on the left side of the door. A really nice unit - ideal if the RF fairy drops a quarter million bucks in my lap.
Beautiful rv, I hate the half bath shower too. Beautiful blue cupboard doors too ❤, no double sink 4 kitchen

Hi Matt and Andrea! I agree with the storage doors not shutting good, the big step up in the shower in the first bathroom, and those are my dislikes. My likes are the couch how big it is and the shelf in the kitchen and the full bath in the bedroom. Thank you Matt and Andrea!

First, it's a Thor, second, it's 40' and underpowered. It's straight rail, tank dumps in how many different locations, WTF and of course the doors that won't close all for just $300K, are you kidding me. $300K for something that will fall apart in 6 months no thank you.

The first bathroom is for the non-paying guest I also would not use the show
They should have put the stove top in turned front to back. That would have made more countertop space. The small shower is meant for children, so they would fit just fine. And yes, Andrea, that extra space on the back of the counter is ok for taller people, but for us shorties, it is useless.
Those doors are a joke! How can you sell something made so poorly ??
Give me a real oven plus a non-convection microwave, please! Also, not much kitchen counter space
