This whole video is directly applicable to my current situation. I just left the automotive world after working on, domestic, euro, JDM, and other imports. I got my foot in the door as a fleet service technician for the largest transportation company in SWFL. Unfortunately a corporate exec with no understanding of mechanics had an issue with me taking the time to inspect the vehicles and do my job correctly. This Monday I am walking into the Kenworth dealership and dropping off my resume with the hope that they’ll hire me and allow me to learn these systems in a way that my previous job would’ve never allowed. Great advice as always man 🖤

Quality content as usual. Keep at it, your channel is going to blow up. It takes a bit to get traction, but you produce consistent and quality content. Thank you for what you're doing here.

I appreciate the encouragement brother. I'll stay with it. If we can get this channel blown up then I will build a tuition free school and make it virtual access for free. Thank you so much to all of you guys for the support.

I had a interview at a dealer ship for heavy duty trucks and of course I went for the max asking price , and he ask me if I had my ASE , I was no but I do have certifications from my prior job 8years , then he stated if you had your ASE then I could give you your starting salary, I was like ochhh, didn’t take what they offered , so now I’m planning to get all my ASE to have under my belt for my future interview

They do that to keep you from top pay. ASE is a poor measure of competency. Are you billing the time is all that matters to a good shop. If I bill the time doing the work I claim to be able to do is all that matters to a good solid shop. also comebacks matter immensely. Do you have any idea what your labor sold monthly was at the prior job?

Create a script before you make a video.
