Id say 9-3 with losses to Georgia, FSU, and Virginia Tech. Im still not completely sold on their offense, and their refusal to use the portal and NIL are clearly hurting them.
100%! Hit the nail right on the head there. Extremely talented team with an elite defense, but the offense has to be better. Wouldn’t be shocked to see 9-3 but I just don’t see them losing to both FSU and Tech. But to maintain success going forward, Dabo will have to get with the times.
Hot take, I think Clemson will be OVERRATED once again this season. Dabo Swinney is the most STUBBORN coach in the COUNTRY, Clemson is the ONLY power 4 program with ZERO transfer portal players. They have Georgia, FSU, and Virginia Tech on their schedule, those are TOUGH opponents, and they start with Georgia. DON’T be surprised if the Tigers get BLOWN OUT by the Bulldogs to start the year, bc Georgia is clearly the better team and Kirby Smart owns a MASSIVE edge in coaching
I do agree with you that Dabo’s stubbornness could be his undoing. You have to adapt with the times and he is refusing to do that. It might not hurt them this year, but it definitely will next year and the years to come. I do agree the Georgia game could get ugly, but if they can just split the FSU and Virginia Tech games they have an excellent chance at getting back to the ACC Title Game.
Obviously, I am looking forward to your Miami prediction video, but I am curious to see what you have to say NC state. Sounds like it's going to be a very competitive race to make the ACC championship game !
Yes sir! Both of those will be coming out very soon, so stay tuned! I do like this NC State team a lot. Loads of talent and I feel like if they’re ever going to breakthrough to the ACC Championship, this has to be the year to do it.
ACC is wide open with teams like Clemson, FSU, Miami, Virginia Tech, Louisville, NC State, and heck even throw SMU in there, all potentially battling for the 2 spots in the title game. Going to be close race and one heck of a season!
It's bizarre to me that you think a DJ lead FSU will be close to as competitive or more as the team was last year with Travis. Oh, and also with 2 stud WRs who are no longer around. Sure, they won't take a massive step back, but it was a close game last year with the best FSU offense in maybe 8 years. I think that's the game you missed hardest on IMHO.

I mostly agree but i think its NC State's year. I have Clemson 9-3 with an additional loss to NCSU.
Would be massive! Not just for the ACC standings but for the NC State program as a whole. Haven’t won at Clemson since 2002, would be amazing to see the streak come to an end.

@@TheGridironExpert No I'm not high on Pitt! But Pitt does pull off an unexpected almost every year it seems like. I just think it is going to be an instant where Clemson is high right now with a big win over va tech and some what over look Pitt, like louuisville did after their big win after over notre dame last year.
I’m making this comment before watching the video but over the last few years (and understandably so) GE has predicted Clemson to do extremely well like 11-1 or 12-0, I’m going to guess he goes lower like 8-4 or 9-3 this year 😅

At best I see 10-2. At worst I see 8-4. I would be stunned if it is worse than 7-5. Clemson is the only school that isn’t Air Force, Navy, and army that did not use the transfer portal.
Dabo is going to have to get with the times if he wants to keep winning! Clemson has the resources to bring in top talent from the portal, but his stubbornness could be his undoing.
