you are late with the news it is now baptized with the name sky cancer🤣
With that one new item there's no more low hp outplay(except some, like immortality, winter passive, etc), it's was cancer at low hp.

Kagura will now be stronger than ever without having to equip execute as her skill for a guaranteed kill as long as she has sky piercer (yes it can depend) But I think this is a great item for her!

Questions:
1.)if you will replace the boots with a magic damage item in the late game what would it be!? And why.
2. If you will replace the boots with a defense item what would be the best item as a replacement?
In my opinion
1) blood wings would be great
2) you can go for twilight armor if the enemy have lesley Or one shot physical heroes
Or Athena if the enemy have strong late game mages like Xavier and others

Twilight armour now has no cooldown but it's DMG reduction scales with ur physical and magic defence
So it's only suitable for full defence build heroes not full DMG heroes with 1 def item
Still depends on the enemy line up. For Q1, if enemies are tanky, I would replace the boots with either Ice Queen Wand for slow + movement speed, Blood Wings for movement speed, or Holy Crystal for higher damage. For Q2, either Athena's Shield, Antique Quirass, or Immortality.
I prefer to use it as the third item after the boots (4th item) because of the damage at the beginning, the passive is not of much use to me

Im actually thinking of using her as a second main after this upd, her buffs made her so much better in late and early game, also is the wishing lantern good with her or should it be replaced with something else?
You can replace it with a higher damage item like Holy Crystal. I only picked it cos aside from giving you decent damage, it also has 10% CDR.

I have one question. After Kagura's recent update I noticed that it's hard to connect Kagura's skills. I noticed that the 2nd phase (pull) of her ultimate skill can't connect after I used the 1st phase (push) of her ultimate. Idk maybe it's just skill issue lol but I think the radius of the 2nd phase of her ultimate has been shortened. Just my experience.

That's because enemies are out of your 2nd phase (pull) ultimate's range. Sometimes it happens when we use the 1st phase (push) too early.

Depends on who are buying Athena's Shield. If they're tanky, replace the Sky Piercer. If they're squishy, replace the Genius Wand.

No. This is only cheap and high damage build, but not the highest damage. For the highest damage build, there should be a Holy Crystal in it.
