Girl the tamale witch is freaken adorable, I have left over husks from last Christmas tamales,. We ended up with 15 dozens, They were all gone right after New YEARS, MY HUSBAND AND 13 YEAR OLD GRANDSON,.ate them for breakfast ,lunch, and dinner, 🤣😅😂. Little House On The PRAIRIE, i LOVE IT. We have the entire season, and watch it every year or so. God bless you my friend.

Your Ziggy zaggy scissors are called pinking shears. My grandmother had them and she used them all the time to cut patterns. I also really enjoy your creative videos. Thank you so much for sharing 🌟😻

Hi Kathy. I love all your videos. Those zigzag scissors are Pinking Shears. Originally used to cut fabric. Not only decorative but helps prevent both fabric and ribbon from Fraying. I've done a lot of seamstress work and they really work for that.😊
I've sewn with my great grandmother and grandmother and mom they are pinking shears even says so on the package they come in
I use mine when ever I cut fabric, it helps so much!

Hi Kathy! Those scissors are called picking shears, we use them on fabric alot so the fabric doesn't fray, great video! Love that lighted vase!

The Cornhusk witch 🧙♀️ is adorable! I loved that her face looked like she had a huge witch nose ( if you did it intentionally or not lol😂). My hubby’s grandmother use to make cornhusk dolls and use to win blue ribbons at the County Fair for them (lots of blue ribbons for many crafts).❤ She was extremely talented and crafty.🥰 TFS my sweet friend!! xo ❤

You are just making an Indian corn husk doll like my ancestors did, minus the paint. We do soak the corn husks to make them easier to work with. The head is created with the husks all in one piece and you can add braids at that time. It’s hard for me to explain. I taught my granddaughter when she was young. Your dolls ended up looking pretty good.
This was the first time I ever tried! I’m sure if I practice, I could do better!
