Coach sambo can u make a tutorial on double barrel mills and caveman windmills. I can do 5 rounds of windmills. Your tutorial really help me especially your headspin tutorial the finger tips one. Is it okay to master headspin first before really mastering windmill

I usually refer to barrelmills, where you rotate 2 times before going down as double windmills. I think some people also call it no handed halos

I thought this tutorial would refer to doing a barrel mill twice on your head (Like Issei) does. Some people might call it double halos or no handed halo. Still good tutorial nonetheless👍
I see what you mean, but I always called what your talking about "double barrels". Not sure if that's the proper name either, but it makes sense and it sounds dope lol

I always thought these were called double coin drops and double mills were where your head stays on the floor legs open?
its called aerial or cortez. and double windmill is windmill with an extra spin on the head.

@@kaddybrarhindi yeah thats the problem, that prople name the moves differently or doesnt care about what the actual name is so its hard to identify them.
Lil Cesar created this move and called it the cortez or aerial so thats the correct name.

Great tutorial but this is not a double windmill. It’s a double coin drop. Your head should not leave the ground. Lookup gombi from suicidal lifestyle. Master of windmills and head spin
