Judy Hanson Thank you so much! Busy patterns can be a bit overwhelming. I try to choose designs that don’t combine too many pattern papers and then adding in solids to tone down the busyness.

Gorgeous group of cards from this kit. I also like the last two you made as my favorites. With the beautiful blended pink used with the stencil, it did not need a lot of extras. I call it simple, but elegant.

This is the first time I've been able to make a comment like this: After watching your videos for a couple years now, and being interested in card making, I finally jumped in. My health hasn't been the greatest over the last couple years so despite my dreaming, I haven't been quite able to get in my craft room to create. I changed that this week. Of course my supplies are not as abundant as yours so I'm really trying with what I have. I didn't have any paper packs that you have so I just chose a paper pack that I wanted to use, and found one of your videos with designs I like, and I applied it to my paper as best I could! I have a no name coffee themed paper pack so I followed an older video/blog post of yours (Echo Park Coffee collection that you did in December of 2018). It's been physically hard for me to be down in the craft room too long so I'm only able to complete about 2 sketches a day (breaking it up into 2 sessions). And despite my supplies falling short and ALL the hiccups, overall I am sooo proud of myself! Unfortunately I've had to stop for now as I don't have any more adhesive. My atg gun ran out - (it was the original roll that came with my gun) and although I have some glue, the bottle is too hard to squeeze for me and the nozzle is too big causing such a mess 😭). That being said, I couldn't have gotten as far as I did without you and your videos and EXTREMELY helpful blog posts. I know I say this a lot in my comments but you are such a valuable resource to this crafting community. I just want to thank you for all your inspiration and I hope to report more crafting successes to you in the future. So happy for you! Like you Kristie's videos have helped me get started in being a cardmaker. I can't sit for long hours crafting either....So I started by setting a goal of trying to create at least 2 cards a day. Sometimes I just spend some time prepping and then the next day I might be able to put 6 cards together. I'm retired now so I can to that, but everyone needs to do what works for them. You can always prep and get your cards ready to assemble for when you get your adhesive. Just remember to enjoy your time creating! Blessings to you!

Love your cards Kristie and can't wait to receive this kit. I'm trying real hard to use up my papers in these monthly kits so I don't have to store the leftovers and forget about them. I was wondering how much you had left over from the 6 x 6 pad after you made these cards? Unused Ribbons, sequins sequins, and enamel dots can easily be incorporated into my supplies...but I try to use up the embellishments geared to match with the cardstock(i.e. chipboard, stickers) when i get these kits. Otherwise i usually have a hard time finding a use for them later on and they just end sitting somewhere and I forget about them. What to you do with your kit leftovers?
Jaditelady173 Mary Thank you so much! I just loved the kit this month. So bright and cheerful. 🌸 After making 16 cards, I still have 4 full sheets and a bunch of scraps. I could probably make another 10 cards easily. Just depends on what sketches I choose. For now, I keep all my kit leftovers in a tote on a shelf in my craft room. They come in handy when I need to just make a couple quick cards. My 10 year old daughter also likes to use some of the leftovers from the monthly kits. If I had more time, I’d finish off the paper in every video. 😊

Deborah Anne Thank you! I don’t use any special tools to tie a bow. Just lots of fussing with it. Figured no one wanted to watch that part. Lol! I’ll make sure to include the process next time. 😊 I find the sketches online from several websites. I share all of that information on my blog. Link is listed in the description box.

That is my struggle too. That is what drew me to this video. How to mix all of those papers the right way.
