    You could tell she’s really appreciative of the experience. So kool of you to have taught her how to manage such hair texture.

    OK, this is awesome. I love what you're doing, bridging cultures and helping people understand each other.
    Thanks for using my song "So Good to Be Free"! I hope you use more of my songs, because I totally support what you're doing! :)

    i appreciate you offering your hair as a tutorial/training in a laid-back environment where she isnt terrified of upsetting a customer or damaging her reputation as a stylist. people definitely need this kind of non judgemental learning all the time in life. you were very wonderful as a teacher and she as a student. it was very enjoyable to watch

    Nice that you were educating her. Usually in these videos they let the stylist go in blind and almost wreck their hair.

      I watched enough of those videos to know I would only be adding to the problem of ignorance. I wanted to educate so that she may be able to teach or help someone else in the future.

    This is super interesting and informative! I really enjoyed learning about 4c hair :)
    I'm not a hairdresser or anything; just a white girl who started watching these kind of videos out of curiosity and now I find them super relaxing and addictive 😂. Think yours may be my favourite one yet; mainly because of the information provided, but also the joy of your hairdresser, she's adorable!
    Much love from England, UK :)

    You should try Peppermint Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Smells just like peppermint and you get the tingly feeling on your scalp too :)

    • @SandrineJamaica
      @SandrineJamaica  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I mix peppermint in with my castor oil…and it does provide that tingly feeling

    Love it!!!! You give her it easy! Why you can't use protein? Talk to me caah mi nuh know dem tings. She sounds so concerned! daijyoubu?! I love her. Really want to go to a hair salon to teach them but bwoi...NO ENGLISH!

    • @SandrineJamaica
      @SandrineJamaica  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      She was my evening class English student. She is always excited to speak with me. I cant use protein because of how my hair handles it. I tried a protein treatment once (egg and mayo mix) and my hair tore off..I was almost bald. Can you imagine me with a bald head with all this lovely fharid that God bless me with....lololololol

      I recently went back to that video and asked myself why I removed them...but things change. Nothing is constant. I miss them tho

    Can you do video of were to buy hair products on that country. Also why that country doesn't supply Africa American hair products.

    • @SandrineJamaica
      @SandrineJamaica  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Amazon and iherbjp.com are the two major sites to buy products here in Japan. Japan doesnt supply African American hair products because there is not a huge market for it as yet

    How often do you use the oil mixture ?

    • @SandrineJamaica
      @SandrineJamaica  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Every time I wash my hair. I usually put my hair in a protective style so I wont need to add any oils to it for about a week...but if is not in a protective style I oil every 4 to 7 days.

    • @SandrineJamaica
      @SandrineJamaica  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Because it was her first time. She didnt know what to do so I was teaching her.
