Not worth it for 650k. Just because it’s in Toronto, they have very high price. Also, this small house will be so depressive from mental health point of view by paying huge money and getting Jz a bedroom without even proper door. 😂 I live way far from Toronto, but still happy being living in a big house. We can buy a bungalow for 1 million US dollars, 1 million is hardly 7.5 crores if we buy the same in chennai we can't afford like a bungalow with front yard backyard what we have in US. But indian salary is like peanuts in our pocket 😏

No. This is wrong , minimum 1%to 5% it depends on broker. Some brokers ok to take only 2% some famous brokerage companies charge 5%. So it’s seller choice has to choose who can accept less commission.
