Asante Sana! I am of the Afrikan Diaspora. Thanks to you and Medina with Swahilipod 101,...Ninajifunza Kiswahili! I am on a quest to become culturally congruent. Through research and DNA testing I found my Afrikan Heritage and Ancestry. Nilibadilisha jina langu kisheria; but decided to learn Swahili. Asili yangu ni Balanta na Zulu.

Such a beautiful language!
Please do more videos, this is the only one I've seen of you. Your phrasing is wonderful. Peace
Been taking Swahili calls through an interpreter since 03-20-2020 for a lot of Swahili people and I recognize several phrases. Definitely going to impress them the next time I talk with them
I am proud of the work you are doing
I don't know why but I like this language!
hakuna matata
Yes, that is in Swahili, it means "no worries" no one really says it in East Africa though
Swahili speakers don't actually say 'hakuna matata'. That was only made popular with the movie 'The Lion King'.
Thank you! I love the format you chose too. It's very helpful, much faster than a lot of other language learning videos!
Awesome video! I never knew the pronunciation of Swahili syllables was so easy for English speakers (compared to Korean and Chinese!!!)
Unapendeza sana! Ninapenda video yako sana. Nimesoma kiswahilie kwa sababu nitaenda nairobi . Asante sana !
Amazing video! Thank you for the information.Helped a lot. 😊💃
good teacher my love i will follow your channel
Obrigado ♥!
Thank for the effort.. just strange because it does not follow the normal format of Easy Language series in all the other languages. I thought the idea of the Easy Language Series was to have common / typical "conversations" so that we can get a sense of the language. The first few Easy Swahili videos I see are "video-phrasebook".. Nice HD with Clear sound.. but nothing you can't learning in a few minutes yourself in a written phrasebook. Maybe the Swahili team should watch Easy French, Easy Croatian etc.. Those are great!
Will there be a Easy Swahili youtube channel made soon the way there is for your other languages like german 🇩🇪 and russian 🇷🇺?
Nzuri sana.♥️
Asante Sana!

Some words were spellt differently from what I am used to (e.g. ansante).
Grammatically correct spell is: Ahsante but you can also use Asante ( most local tanzanians use this one ). Happy learning.

I spent 10 days in Tanzania, diving
Then, I began to learn kiswahili.
I want to encourage you to publish more videos like this one.
This way of teaching (short and usual phrases, whith text and translation undertitled, spoke twice from various native speakers in various situations) is, as far as I see, the beeeest one!
I studied german and it was not easy, and a admit that the best part was learning from young people in "alltags" (usual, daily) situations. TH-cam offer us an awesome option. Thanks for the video to all who took part and congratulations
Warmly welcome again in Tanzania.Karibu sana
