i've been in isolation for many years... i feel like it's the safest place for me... but i know that life doesn't want me to stay inside... it wants me to be seen, to be heard, to be felt, to live...

We all need to isolate & lick our wounds, catch our breath once in awhile. The trap is to get stuck and start to self pity. The trick is to recognize when it's time to get back up. Time to get back up. Time to get to work. Time to move forward.

I had a dream last night, I was standing at a window in an old tower, in the dream I realised that there were no bars or glass to this window, I saw myself fly from the window. Today i felt free a lightness within me. I came on TH-cam and this video came up, I was taken aback by the title, I think my spirits are telling me I’m already free, to release myself and to fly high. The more we try to take control, push and pull, the worse life becomes. We are not here to figure it all out. We are here to let life (energy) flow through us and life will become beautiful and balanced again. Let go and let God. We actually learn to play again - what a relief.

that's deep. Eventually some people don't get metaphors easily, so as an example, I can tell that I set myself free from the depression years ago, when I sat down to welcome it, rather than push it away. I looked deeply into the "eye" of depression, to see its true nature. What I realized after some minutes of meditation is that depression is just another door into the infinite. As we welcome it and open it by pulling it closer, it can reveal its true nature.
I am so proud to be Persian because I have so much love and feel the love from my ancestors .One of the best civilization knew how to gave love and be happy ❤😢

I am so grateful for music to exist in our lifes. There is some music that just make me feel stuff that I can't feel any other way.
Why do I cry so hard when I hear this track, this duduk? For some reason it reminds me of all the terrible things that I lived through, some pain that I felt, but I actually haven't. Feels like I lived thousands of years, but in different lifes and when I hear that duduk it brings all the pain from these lifes.
I just can't control myself but cry...
Much of what I found on social media was so full of hate and doing well or so I thought on my spiritual path until now was suddenly plunged into despair about the state of the world and then I found this and all of you and I was safely home. ❤
