Today i felt free a lightness within me. Eventually some people don't get metaphors easily, so as an example, I can tell that I set myself free from the depression years ago, when I sat down to welcome it, rather than push it away. I looked deeply into the "eye" of depression, to see its true nature. What I realized after some minutes of meditation is that depression is just another door into the infinite. As we welcome it and open it by pulling it closer, it can reveal its true nature.
