I haven't eaten breakfast for the past 5-6 years. And its not bad for you at all. People think its bad because that's what food companies have told everyone for the past few decades. Intermittent fasting (which means not eating anything before you sleep and for a few hours after you wake up) fits humans natural eating patterns. In the past when we were hunters and gatherers we didn't have the luxury of having food on hand to eat in the morning so it had to be caught and prepared which means people would be eating around noon everyday. Anyway, intermittent fasting is good for your metabolism and teaching your body to regulate the calories you put into it.
I mean I highly doubt it. Maybe once a month or something like that. I mean they're D1 athletes and they need their bodies and health to be top notch to keep their performances up even on the off season. Because if they let their health slip even when they're not in season its going to be super hard to get it back to what it should be
