Some Employees are indispensable. Try negotiate what would make an employee stay. Especially if that person has built you something. Big companies have RETENTION incentives for top employees. Black people can be reluctant to issue share options for employees because we have the mentality that everything is me me me. Look outside, top executives get share options and incentives for staying and building shareholder value.
