Me personally have been with PlayStation for 13 years since ps3 but x box has really been having better quality and less fps drops in my opinion but for this once I’ll go with x box series s
Wouldn't it have been a better comparison to use the Xbox series X? Might not have been available but, the series S is more aimed to a casual audience while PS5 and Series X are for the best performance on console
Xbox controller is more handy than PS5 and has better grip but the haptic vibrations in PS5 are better. It's up to choice so both should get one - one point in that.
This probably comes down to preference, I have been holding ps controller from when I was a 10 year old, and I bought a xbox controller for my pc to see if it's really better than ps but it felt uncomfortable for me
Epic pushed both consoles too far in terms of image quality and resolution (especially the PS5), if they added a mode with greatly reduced graphical settings and a max resolution of 1080p (for the PS5, I think the Series S maxes at that already) they could both easily lock 120fps late game.
They won't do it though, it'll eliminate a decent chunk of the pc market, we all know that consoles are like 100x better in value so yea, it would destroy the pc market, the only pcs people would buy would be for gaming would be very very high end, with a 3070 ti and higher most likely
@@spxrkfn7 were getting to that point now because developers only optimized for the latest cards regardless of speed or memory especially in the case of AMD. Now in this current gen pc are going to need a newer gpu that costs at least 600 dollars just for the card alone and just for 1080p 60. I remember back in 2018 you could run the best of the best games with a 300 or 400 dollar gpu. The market is kinda forcing everyone over to console. I have a pc but I got a series S for singleplayer games this generation because theres no way im dropping 1k just to play elden ring at 60 fps since they didnt support my gpu.
Xbox all the way. I love PlayStation, I’m a PlayStation preference player, BUT the Xbox series X is honestly well worth it. It can run literally any game I’ve tried without a hint of lag for me (but I don’t have a monitor that can run 120 fps…) and it has the halo games unlike PS. The only downside is really just the fact FF7 Remake and Genshin Impact aren’t on it.
I’ve been a PS5 user for 13 years since the PS3 but I went for PlayStation because it works better and it’s very smooth and smoother if you connect it to a monitor. But I’m already used to the PlayStation software so I will not be going for Xbox anytime soon.
@Night Ninja Hyper that monitor sounds good. 4k isn't too much better then 1080p. You don't really notice that stuff in game. So I would say that monitor would be good enough. And the 120hz is smooth. The graphics will still be good.

I am going to give you my opinion on why the xbox is better, but youll need a little backstory before I start (this will be long so feel free to ignore it if you dont like reading). So, im 15 years old, and my main way of playing fortnite is on pc with a controller (I own both a ps5 and ps4 controller). However, I never once owned a console before playing controller on pc, and the only other console I owned was a wii. For the past few years however, I have had a problem. My parents are divorced, causing me to have two houses. I spend an equal amount of time in both. However, i only own a pc at my father's house, and for obvious reasons, cannot bring it over to my mother's house on a weekly basis. My pc is fairly decnet, able to run a consistent 144fps across all game modes and I own a 144hz monitor to use with it. Let me just say i love fortnite and gaming in general, and have been playing since the early seasons in chapter one. However, whenever i went to my mom's house, i was unable to play fortnite or any other game, which i hated. So, i saved up my money for 2 years, and ened up with 500 - 600 USD to spend. Due to the ridiculous prices of graphics cards and computers, i knew i would never save enough money to get a decent computer that could give me the same experience of 144fps that i had at my dads house. Because of this, i decided to look for a new gen console, hearing about their 120fps capabilities and low input delay compared to older generation consoles. Since i already owned 2 playstation controllers, and had been using them for years, the ps5 was my obvious choice. However, as many of you know, they are basically impossible to find at their retail prices (400 for the digital version and 500 for the normal console). These consoles sell for about 800 - 1000 on ebay and other websites. I looked for a ps5 console for 6 months, following playstation restock accounts on twitter, checking stores daily and tried every method i could. Eventually, i was so fed up of wasting my time that i said screw it and bought an xbox series s. Let me tell you it was the best descision i ever made. I play fortnite kind of competitively, so input delay and fps are very important to me. ( im fairly decent at the game, for example i win pretty much every realistic pvp or ffa boxfight and zone wars game i play, and i usually reach champs at least within the week that the points reset, depending on how much time i play arena). I thought i would be dissappionted when i fist tried the console, as everyone knows console is(or used to be) 10 times worse than pc. However i was blown away as soon as i started up fortnite for the first time on the console at 120fps. Agree
The Xbox Series S beat the PS5 in performance though 🤨
ive been using a ps5 for like 5 days now and its a big switch from ps4
Which monitor you have?
XBOX Series X
This was a honest comparison but don't forget that Xbox series s is 200 dollars cheaper so ye it would be better to compare the series x instead
Thank god somebody said it
It’s still so impressive what the Xbox series s can do while it being only 300 euros. Most people would say “oh you have to have 1080p to reach 120fps”. So??? It’s a budget console and is extremely good and probably the best deal in gaming out there.
I’m thinking I might get one for Christmas tbh
@@CraizyMotion go for it
@@CraizyMotion its xmas xd and the price drop to 240
hey obix what would u recomend ps5 or xbox series s for competeive
I would 100% go for Xbox Series X (not s), X is for people that want a pc but cant afford it
bros comparing a 500 dollar console to a 250 dollar console
People asked,I deliver👍🔥
I think the two is a good option, Xbox if you want a good performance with not so expensive, PS5 is viable for the persons what dont have problems in moment that want a better perfomance in question of comfort and graphics
I think at that point most people will get Xbox series X for the same price
@@miguelbbc563 yes if the preference is a xbox video game
I didn't even know that on consoles it can drop half the framerate..
What monitor do you have
Will there be Ps5 vs Xbox Series X comparison?
I think the Xbox is the better
Hi. Which m&K do you recomment for ps5 ? Or which one do you use ? Thanks in advance
Razer viper mini,RedDragon k552
You recommend a console to play with mouse and keyboard?
yes
Are you playing with mouse an keyboard on the x box series s in the video ?
whats ur sens?
ps5 is good imo
When I saw price I knew it was over
The fact that the Xbox FPS won in both cases even though it's meant for multimedia and not only gaming like the PS5 is hilarious to me
xbox series s solos the best next gen console in my opinion
Ps5 I think that the end game test was unfair due to the Ps5 being way more crowded than the Xbox
The Xbox Series S is the worse new gen Xbox than the Series X. It still outperforms the PS5 in terms of FPS because of its RAM and if you look at other videos you'll be able to see that it actually does outperform.
The fps on ps5 is a bit less than the xbox series s because the graphics are higher on the ps5 than the xss.
Well obviously the graphics on ps5 are better then the series s, this isn't even a fair comparison, should only compare the series X/ Ps5
because i have a ps5 disc edition
Did I really just watch all that to see a tie
I like Xbox of the FPS because I play 60 FPS latop
Resultion settings cog: 2160p60
Actual video: 480p take it or leave it
I feel like this isn’t much of a comparison since you’re using a Series *S* rather than the X which would be a fairer match to the PS5.
Do you play with 1440p or 2160p or iust 1080p on your xbox
