I have a cannon image runner c5045 however it keeps on jamming paper from the external finisher however I disconnect the finisher and wanted to print direct from the main printer however it keeps on reading paper jam from the finishers after I disconnect the finisher from the printer. What would be the problem and how to solve this issue??
You also have the exit tray that drives the paper to the external finisher, and I think that you have to change te default exit tray to the one above (i think it's called exit tray B). You type the copier's IP in an internet browser, you log in as Admin (7654321 for user an password) and from the tray menu (I don't remember where it is) you have to change the exit tray to the one above. If you don't find it please write back because I have one at work and I can guide you step by step.
