Nice bhai mere pulsar 180 hai 2009 model us ka engine sizge ho gaya tha fir maine pura engine ke parts change karve but fir two problem hai neutral nhi dalta kafi kisis ke Baad hi padta hai and maine gear shvade bhi change karvaya hai second problem bike ka rpm 6000 se upar nhi jati pickup yeah problem kabhi ati hai

Direct pouring of water on to any hot surface will deform the molecular structure of the metal... So pls dont pour water... In case of rains, its slow sprinkle and probably you dont ride continuously in the rain... pls take to any metallurgy expert for more details
@@anujjayant5 I already resurrected my bike by opening all engine components inside the engine and repaired it with new parts including engine block. I haven't killed my bike but the local service centre person killed it as he broke my piston by taking my permission and when I checked it he also left scratches on the engine surface and I purchased new engine head block and repaired myself. What I learnt was that engine block metal is made of some percentage of aluminium as I inspected my old engine by scrapping it with flat screw driver and the metal peeled off easily and this shows that the lateral sides of the engine on which the piston rubs is highly sensitive with aluminium metal. Even the grooves of the piston in which the piston rings are fitted are also sensitive to pressure of the piston and the grooves can become tight and changing it with new piston is good than using the old piston. There are many videos on youtube where people claim that they have loose timing chain but the real fact was that the timing chain is at fault unless its length is longer than the new timing chain. The most important thing is the alignment of the 2 sprockets of the timing chain which are big sprocket on the camshaft and small sprocket on the crankshaft. Even these 2 sprockets should be changed each time we wish to change the timing chain. We should also change tensioner with new tensioner and only then we get the complete performance. Indeed I learnt that I should not pour water on the hot engine. However engine oil level should be checked through the circle glass window and replaced every 2500 km as said in user manual. If the oil level mark is low even before 2500 km we should change the engine oil. After every 1 hour ride the bike should take a break to cool down with air for at least 20 minutes because starting issues comes if we immediately start the bike after driving for 1 hour because the oil gets pumped up on top of the engine by spraying on the valves and tappet springs and it takes some time for the oil to flow down the engine and hence the bike gives starting issues as the engine oil is lower than the engine oil mark. Correct recommended grade of engine oil according to user manual is highly important like for my Pulsar 180 I use 20W50. Indeed we should not pour water on the hot engine as there are two types of engine . Air cooled and oil cooled but not water cooled. I agree your comment of water destroying the hot metal structure.
