Obviously all the groups featured here are good. These companies are at the top of the Kpop industry for a reason. But I feel like SM really excels in creating concepts and applying those concepts not just in the song, but the choreo, outfits, MV, filming, editing, etc. Everything SM puts out has a really cohesive feeling to it? As if everything was planned and executed to the smallest detail. SM screams perfectionist, like the standard quintessential kpop. JYP feels cute and super fun, very accessible to the general audience. YG feels very much hiphop and freestyle, very western vibe.

In short, they have to be more creative on how will they move onstage in a part wherein the choreography was removed. And that is one of the strongest points of YG artists.

I've been dancing since I was a kid and am now in college. Is it only me? But I really like the distinction of YG choreographies, they look very easy but very hard to copy. I can remember cringing on myself dancing their choreographies while looking like a stiff toad. The steps are very distinctive and minimal that it is such disrespect if you try to dance but fail to deliver the same expressions and vibe the dance represents. I don't enjoy dancing to overloaded choreographies, it looks messy and somewhat awful to watch. YG artists choreographies are so distinctive and so viral. They fit well to my personal taste of performance.
I've always said this. It's the way their delivery and their own characteristics can't be easily copied by others outside of YGAs. Maybe technically ppl can do YG's choreos (actually in this context, not only choreo but also vocal, rap, stage presence) but i can already tell the delivery (vibes, gestures, interpretation, facial expressions) won't be as satisfying as if it done by YGAs/YG dancers.

I really like SM choreography because of their uniqueness, coolness and sharpness like every of their group always bring something new memorable moves and always trending and becomes their signature like every group their produce is always comes unique and always have new choreograpy that never do in kpop. And not to mention that their artist are so talented.
YG aren’t competing. They never are but they still excel with their laidback coolness. You can’t replicate YG and it has always been seen. On the other hand if most of girl groups has the girl crush concept until today,it’s thanks to blackpink too. Before their debut the cute concept was taking over since 2ne1’s disbandment but blackpink debuted with the girl crush concept which obviously paved the way. So I’ll always be thankful for this group. Aespa and itzy are doing great,both are being very distinctive in the 4th gen. Plus: I think that æspa has matched sm’s sound with next level but yeah they have some extra hip hop which quite change their background. on the other hand NCT has always that sm signature even while experimenting stronger concept. Which is why I think NCT should be more recognized.

SM tends to use a combination of moves from different choreographers in their choreography, so it's just not from one. Some moves may have been from YGX dancers.

Blackpinks choreography looks easy but actually difficult to execute, their attitude adds up to the overall quality and impact of the choreography.
Itzy's choreography varies like every second, it has insane dynamics. Itzy is just top tier when it comes to dancing or JYP gg's to be exact.
When YG doesnt even have a 4th gen girl group to be compared to SMH.....BP shouldnt be here, they should be compared to Twice and Red Velvet not these 4th gen GGs....
@@oz1128 This isn't a comparison video and I just shared my observation. The video basically showcases the dancing skills of each group under different entertainment agencies. There is no better or worse dancer among the 3, cause this ain't a ranking video or competition.

Blackpink is in the 3rd generation going onto the 4th. Plus they’re still very famous so it’s only fair to compare with groups that are well known.

Gosh ITZY is such a performers,their dancing skills are really on top,it really amaze me everytime they have a new choreo..appreciate those dancers who can see the detailed,the power and skill of a group..JYPE are really legends when it comes to dancing,much more respect to ITZY coz they're singing live while doing heavy choreo,only few groups would dare to do that.🙌🙌

I've been dancing since I was a kid and am now in college. Is it only me? But I really like the distinction of YG choreographies, they look very easy but very hard to copy. I can remember cringing on myself dancing their choreographies while looking like a stiff toad. The steps are very distinctive and minimal that it is such disrespect if you try to dance but fail to deliver the same expressions and vibe the dance represents. I don't enjoy dancing to overloaded choreographies, it looks messy and somewhat awful to watch. YG artists choreographies are so distinctive and so viral. They fit well to my personal taste of performance.

I've always said this. It's the way their delivery and their own characteristics can't be easily copied by others outside of YGAs. Maybe technically ppl can do YG's choreos (actually in this context, not only choreo but also vocal, rap, stage presence) but i can already tell the delivery (vibes, gestures, interpretation, facial expressions) won't be as satisfying as if it done by YGAs/YG dancers.

I really like SM choreography because of their uniqueness, coolness and sharpness like every of their group always bring something new memorable moves and always trending and becomes their signature like every group their produce is always comes unique and always have new choreograpy that never do in kpop. And not to mention that their artist are so talented.
YG aren’t competing. They never are but they still excel with their laidback coolness. You can’t replicate YG and it has always been seen.
On the other hand if most of girl groups has the girl crush concept until today,it’s thanks to blackpink too. Before their debut the cute concept was taking over since 2ne1’s disbandment but blackpink debuted with the girl crush concept which obviously paved the way. So I’ll always be thankful for this group.
Aespa and itzy are doing great,both are being very distinctive in the 4th gen.
Plus: I think that æspa has matched sm’s sound with next level but yeah they have some extra hip hop which quite change their background. on the other hand NCT has always that sm signature even while experimenting stronger concept. Which is why I think NCT should be more recognized.
2ne1 was literally “girl crush” and 4minute had also dabbled in it before… Blackpink acted as a sort of replacement for 2ne1 , that’s why their music is similar and some of the songs were actually for 2ne1

SM tends to use a combination of moves from different choreographers in their choreography, so it's just not from one. Some moves may have been from YGX dancers.

YG and JYP also use mix choreographer for their artist not only from YGX. Kiel T dan Kyle H often use by the big 3 and other choreographer from korea. But YGX have the opportunity to create some of the Big 3 dance move is awsome. Just sayin'

Just stating the fact when it comes to itzy, despite their song is difficult to sing they can still dance with full energy🥰Can’t deny they’re all talented tho, even you’re not a fan of them their dance is truly top tier.
I love the three groups but I personally feel that Itzy's performances feel so powerful, they really makes me want to dance. Their stage presence is crazy 🙌🏻💕
And about choreos, I think YG has that unique hip vibes that Blackpink does perfectly, they look so naturally cool 🙌🏻 and of course, JYP and SM always have the catchy moves. I've noticed that AESPA is really catching the attention of a lot of people, they really are Rookie mosters, and of course they have amazing vocals, one of the biggest prioritoes in SM.
I just like how they are comparing Yg, JYP, and SM choreo even though majority of the dance from JYP like Twice or Itzy or Sm Aespa are based by yg dancers lol

Personally, aespa has very addictive steps and SM does a good job regarding its artists, both in the MVs in the dressing rooms, the music styles make it unique. So I love and love the songs of the SM artists.

But in other groups i dont find myself caring about the dances after a while, but aespa's dances always come back in mind. The beat drop in black mamba, the angled arm in next level, and the get me now zu zu zu zu are so fun to do. Whereas itzy's boldest move was the shoulder dance in wannabe, and blackpinks was the gun dance. All their other dances kind of fade to the back of my mind
