it will take years to get population there ... we bought in DHA phase 2 back in 2008 and it took years for it to get population .. moreover increasing cost is effecting it and now there were many options ...
reasons last instalment was paid in jan 24 and now people will start saving money for construction i think mid of next year constitution activities will start in full swing
These sectors are very far from saddar Rwp and blue area Islamabad. In today's environment of high fuel prices with further expected 18% Gst on fuel prices,along with traffic congestion on GT road, these sectors are becoming increasingly unviable for living.
The main reason for no construction is "naala" in front of the sector. I am sure dealers call it river view but we all know what happens when there are houses. The smell never leaves the place. Sector J location is one of the worst.
The naala in front is actually a rain water drainage built on an old rain water channel. We see the same case in Sector A, DHA Phase 5 as well, where an old water channel was turned into a rainwater drainage, and there is no issue of any smell, even after construction of houses.
@@PropertyGupshup Same was said for Bahria Phase7/Phase8 Soan Side. and now it smells like garbage. They don't leave spaces for Rainwater. We all know that :)
AA. Cost of construction has increased by a huge margin in the last two years so that is probably playing a part too.
