I am assuming you are good at Healthcare domain knowledge. The next thing is to find out the healthcare area, you wan to get into (based on your strength and demand). Get exposure on that product. Then you can join a Business analysis course to learn the business analysis skills.
Its a role which requires Banking domain knowledge along with Business analysis knowledge. More like a Banking domain Subject matter expert (Banking Domain SME).
