But in college admission procedure written original TC and Migration is needed

As per Mumbai University guidelines no colleges can deduct full fees within 30 days of admission

Stuckkk! on the document verification process. The college gives a 5 pages long pdf of admission form in which there are 3 undertakings and they're asking about "class" "roll no." "SAP no." " Division" I'm totally confused and can't find out what is to be mentioned there!!!!
