I'm just a beginner, but I have an Opal fascination. Lately been trying to figure out how to combine some techniques I see to make my own boulder Opal recipe! This simple technique of yours stacking the chopped bits.. it really does have the striping effect I've been looking for! You can make Micah imitation like that, and tonight I'm going to try this with translucent and boulder Opal colors.. and somehow figure out how to get the brown squaring effect in there maybe. Maybe I'll just stick to the stacking and see how the colors turn out! Thank you so much!!! Love your videos, they're so needed at times like this especially. Hope you're well and having fun! ♡
Thank you so much! I’m so happy to read your comment and to understand my work can help and inspire people!🙏I would like to try my technique with different colors too! Wish you good luck 👍🍀 Please let me know about your result

What brand of UV resin were you using? Was your nail powder pigment for acrylic nails? Can you say what color? This is a great method! Thank you for sharing.
Sue Kruse thank you ! I use uv resin - Let’s resin hard type. The nail powder ( looks burnt red) I used in video I bought in nail art shop and I don’t know if it’s for acrylic nails or not(. But you can use other color of powder.
