Her being an attacker is weird, but it’s probably has to do with stats. The devs were scared of her having defensive stats or using certain skill pages I guess
You were complaining long ago that Vanessa passive is useless because it will be applied on slowest which is defender. Just make your DPS the slowest. Problem solved.
If you calculate her stats value multiplied to max skill %, her skill 2 and special damage is on par with top DPS characters max skills.

It's crazy how well this unit aged. Also Hateful Fana can work but you have to not build speed on her which can be kinda annoying
That's great because you can focus on Attack and Crit. Forget damage and speed and make Fana the Nuke she should be.
