Your oven mitt is the Sharkie that you used when stirring the Bolognese sauce. I also make everything from ‘scratch’. But, I cut the rind off of my Reggiano Parmigiana and drop the rind into the sauce to add the flavor of the Parmigiana!

It allowed us to see more of the love that surrounds you. You answered to one of the questions about a cooking show and how you would say yes to an offer. In the same video you explained how much you love where you live, I hope any offers that you may consider never pry you from your beloved homestead, even though you deserve the chance to have your own show, good luck.
I made this for supper tonight and it was amazing! Normally we use canned pasta sauce and it’s okay, but I’m never enthusiastic about it. This sauce was so delicious, I ate a few spoonfuls of it without noodles (for taste-testing, but then needed a couple more spoonfuls for good measure!). I went out and found the noodles called for, and they were perfect for the thick sauce. The only change I made was I added a tiny bit of sugar (about 3/4 tsp) because my can of tomatoes was quite acidic, but that was an ingredient issue. I have tons left over, so I’m looking forward to a few more meals before making another big batch!

The last bolognese recipe I followed didn’t taste special so I haven’t tried to make bolognese for years, until today! Wow, it’s so good. Always thought bolognese was tangy but your version has a great balance. I used a little extra milk with some half and half, also subbed oxtail broth for wine and used rigatoni pasta. The meal was perfect! My son, who hates marinara sauce, actually had a second helping. My husband said it was delicious. This will be in our rotation but I will need to double the recipe and freeze for convenience. Thanks Natasha!
Made this last night and was absolutely blown away by the flavor! We used some of our home canned heirloom tomatoes and the depth of flavor was just unbelievable. The only thing I would change next time is that I will either brown and drain the ground beef separately then add it to the aromatics, or use super lean ground beef. Halfway through the cooking process I had to dip off the Deepwater Horizon sized oil slick that formed on top. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Overall, another fantastic recipe that will go into supper rotation. Love your channel!!
