IRIS-T SLM (Medium Range Ground-Based Air Defence)

Uncompromising, combat-proven protection: medium-range air defence system.
Our combat-proven system IRIS-T SLM consists of a radar unit, a tactical operations center (TOC) and several missile launchers. The IRIS-T SLM interceptor is used to protect assets from aerial threats in the medium range class.
All elements of the air defence system are mounted on 20-foot ISO frames which allows both tactical mobility and strategic agility in constantly changing operational scenarios.
The system IRIS-T SLM, which has been tested for NATO interoperability, is characterized by its capability of long-term-protection of critical infrastructure, military assets and installations and can also be used in addition to already existing air defence systems. Support vehicles
provide a stand-alone operation of up to 90 days.
