Aye my guy you created a ssh user outside of aaa you set it to authenticate with password only but in the end you loggin as a different user you created under aaa. Under vty lines you also have aaa as authentication mode

Hi , local-user and ssh user are two different thing. ssh user is created to login via ssh. But local-user admin also can be used to login via ssh. beacuse of this previlage.
