I’m sorry that your Morocco series has come to an end. I have followed many people over the years as they posted their travels through Morocco on TH-cam, and I have to say, your family has been my favorite. I hope the unfortunate experience you had won’t keep you from returning again to Morocco.
Thank you so much, that’s so nice of you to say. We really appreciate the support and we will definitely come back, we absolutely loved our time in morocco and even that experience had its positives. Thanks again ❤️
Short story. This is the tourist that. Need it to visit Morocco. Not the tourist that come and go out dressed up almost naked and they are thinking without them we are not surviving… we don’t need this kind of tourist. I like this family they really respect the culture the wife dress up like many others women on the street. Nobody push her to do that just because nice of her to realize that to respect that They really appreciated the culture history of the country kindness of people delicious of food the nature of the country I am as a Muslim I really respect this family because I felt the same things from them💓💓💓 Allah bless all people around the world💓💓💓
This is a very kind initiative, you have no idea how satisfying it is to see you enjoy Morocco when others are quick to dismiss it as part of a "hungry and uneducated" continent. I always say this but, Africa deserves better
Brilliant video. Thank you for visiting Morocco and being fair with your comments. I will add one important topic that tourists should avoid discussing: Moroccan Sahara (also know as Western Sahara). We see these territories, belonging to the Moroccan empire, as ours and remind the world that the colonial powers of Spain and France took them from us. Indeed, France has taken huge Moroccan eastern land areas and added them to French Algeria. The US, Spain , European countries and most of the Arab world support the autonomy plan that Morocco has proposed. Moroccan Sahara is and will always remain under the sovereignty of the kingdom of Morocco. Long live Morocco 🇲🇦 🇲🇦 🇲🇦
@@TheWholeWorldorNothing this was for other tourists. You are now honorary Moroccans as far as I am concerned. I have 3 kids. I’m still not over what happens in Fez to your beautiful daughter!
For example, the city of Dakhla enjoys a wonderful atmosphere for windsurfing, and this is what your respected wife desires. Once again, I welcome you to this dear and dear country, and I thank you for your beautiful words about Morocco.
Thank you ao much guys it was great journey watching your sublime videos , you are the best youtubers by far covering all aspect of my native coutry in fact i am using your tips as i have booked a trip to ouarzazate this summer with my wife and kids. Thank you emmensly . I loved all your videos and i willl keep watching you. Why dont you start writing journal or even books for your travels? i really mean it's your humbleness , kindness and honesty is really captivating , i am not sure WHY i cant stop writing all the good things about your videos ..... a very big hug 🫂 guys and a huge thank you from london❤
Very good video ! Many TH-camrs have drones here, I think bringing one from outside is not allowed. For mosques, it actually depends, but you can visit it with someone to help with communication. Bargaining is cringe for many of as as well 😂 but we get used to it and we know where to buy things and from whom. Looking forward your comeback. Stay safe ❤️🕊️✌🏻
Very reasonable and true I would say! Thank you very much for the first point! It's mind blowing how some tourists think they can get cheap luxurious vacay! That's contradictory in itself, even in Morocco, Luxury has a price and it's as expensive as it can get!
Best coverage of beautiful Morocco. I am going back❤ Thank you, Sarah, James and Ady❤️ Your coverage of Morocco has been beautiful and brilliant. I travelled as you did, and I cannot wait to return. All the best to you lovely people.
FYI for the drones part :Non-commercial drone flying in Morocco doesn't require a permit but has height and location restrictions if they are comm then make sure it is registered by the Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC). Before leaving your home country, you must ensure that there is no problem with crossing international borders. Even while landing at the Morocco airport everything must be clear. We were attacked by drones a long time ago in the southern regions so the air radars detect it they need to be registered to make sure it's not there to target people. Thank you for your visit you guys are awesome.
Such excellent and very professional videos. I did a whistlestop tour of Morocco in February and glimpsed many of the places you also visited. Now I know a little more about the country, I know I will return for a more leisurely look.
So sad that your time in Morocco has come to an end.Thank you for sharing your lovely videos about this tremendously diverse and beautiful country which has enchanted travellers, artists, writers, heads of states, chefs... throughout centuries. Here is a Moroccan saying that goes: One who doesn't travel will not know the value of men. I can think of one misconception about the food. A lot of people assume that it is spicy! It actually not at all. And one big tip is a having a small repertoire of Darija, the local Arabic. Doors will open immediately! I wouldn't say goodbye but ma3a salama!
Bargaining the price is to favour the interaction between the seller the buyer, and they both have to arrange the price not undermine the byuer nor the seller, so for people not having money the seller can reduce more the price. Tourist shops always thinks tourists are more rich 😅 so always negociate the price.
As long as everyone walks away happy then it’s fine. We never felt taken advantage of in Morocco even when people told us we’d paid too much because for us we thought it was a fair price ❤️
We are there next week, just for a short break. But watching your adventures has meant we are looking to book another trip later this year (lots of overtime at work😳).
Hello Sarah, Hello James, gald to see your video, I hope Ady is growing fast, and making much noise 😅 In Morocco in the north and in in the region we have forest, we are the first coutry in north Africa having more forests and trees, more than 57.000 km of forest, more than Algeria even big 19.000km. I hope you see come back in season 2, you will gain more knowledge, sure 😂😂, you are most welcome. Greetings and love you all ❤
Ady is definitely growing fast and making LOTS of noise! We can’t wait for season 2 either 🤣 There are so many places we still want to visit and experience ❤️
Dear beautifull family, i hope you're well. May Allah guide you. I watch your vids with much pleasure😊 About drones in Morocco. I also watch youtuber Itchy Boots and she made great coverage with a drone in Morocco. I really do not know how she was able to bring the drone with her. Maybe becoz she used it only in remote places. Many thanks for your great vids about Morocco.
That’s really interesting! No idea how she managed to even get it in the country. That seemed to be the thing that they were most bothered about at customs when we came in 😅 I guess if she’s just using it in remote areas then there’s not much chance of her getting caught like you say ❤️
Hi guys, You've got it spot on in your impartial opinions. We would like to see you in part 2 about Morocco but this time going to the south of the country and enjoying some wind surfing in Dakhla and why not reaching to west Africa with which we have some common heritage. In the meantime we hope to see and discover some other places through your videos. Best of luck and enjoy your trips. Great admiration. 🌍🌎🌏🌐🗺
And since I am one of the followers, it remains for you to visit our dear southern desert, which is completely different from the one you visited in the east. It is in the south. Most of its cities are on the Atlantic coast, which is rich in various types of fish.
for drones I agree its illegal, you may have seen some people still take their drones and take footage with it, but it doesn't mean they got some type of licence, they just simply brought it in without declaring it and once you pass customs and make it inside the country nobody will check your luggage anymore. that's how people gets away with it. In terms of into why its illegal, while in Europe you're not allowed to fly a drone near airports, military bases, police stations, the queen castle... and other security places of interest. Morocco decided to take 0 risks and ban them. for now due to terrorism activities still presents in some of the neighbour Sahel countries this is unlikely to change and ban of drones will remain until other neighbourhood countries become safe.
Not just one! I had 4 or 5 cheap cuts that were all pretty good. Great reminder! You could genuinely fly to morocco from the uk, get a haircut, and fly back for the price of many haircuts in the uk. Good reminder 🙌
Just a little thing, even muslims in Morocco can't go as they please into mosques in Morocco outside of prayer times or classes for kids and adults on islam or arabic, not since the early 2000s aftera terrorist attack by some fanatics, lots of ppl went to prison for long years and associations dismanteled and laws changed after that, amogst them Mosques are closed outside of service time for everyone muslim or not
