Welcome Back, Friends!! We are working on our budget for the second quarter, and I'll share more soon. It's been a week, for sure! We ended up shopping multiple times at so many stores. Can I stop here and thank you for all the love and prayers? They were deeply needed. It has been such a whirlwind! ALDI was my favorite stop this week (next to Costco and Whole Foods); a little normal did us so well, and Bella Goose was a nice treat.

Great family. Teach them while they young to make good choices and learn about food.
In order to learn to make choices they have to actually be allowed to make a choice. Not be told “that’s yucky” when they pick something you don’t want them to have. Kids can learn to pick healthier choices yes. But not by being told what to choose.
Oh and we appreciate your describing everything and saying name out loud, it's nice for the blind community!

Great video Pamela❣️ have you tried the grass fed Irish butter from Aldi? It is in a green wrapper and it is delicious. Cheaper than Kerry gold but just as healthy & delicious!

A lot of the farms in my community (in Australia) have sheep and I can tell you while they may be grassfed, they aren't necessarily grass finished. A lot of their feed is substituted. So unless it says grass fed and finishes, it's probably been fed grain. This also happens a lot with Costco meat. The cows are grassfed, but not grassfinished. Their cows are fed with grain for the last 100 days before they are slaughtered.
Hi! I always look for grass-fed and finished and try to buy that whenever possible. I don’t have a problem with grain finish as long as it’s not genetically modified. How did you end up cooking the lamb breast plate? I just bought a rack of lamb and no ideas how to cooking I like my steak medium well. What are some good seasonings go well with lamb. Lost with lamb in North Carolina 😂😊please help,I love every u-tube channel with every time it reminds me. Such a beautiful family. I wish my ex husband was nice to me and our daughter.
