I liked the beef dip I had at Nonna’s. The service was good and every staff member in the food hall looked and conducted themselves like professionals, even the custodial staff. The price seemed not bad to me given the atmosphere of the place.
Josh Capon who owns the place is on Food Network on Beat Bobby Flay. He seems to know how to cook. Long history of cooking at great restaurants and opening many successful ones. Glad he is putting out quality product. What the Fountainbleau needs.
Another great review. Considering the fresh top shelf ingredients the prices are good. I just had a bagel with egg cheese bacon at my local bagel store. Same price. Cold bacon raw cheese not properly melted. The bagel you had looked great. And I heard the crunch when you bit into bagel.
I tried the pizza there a couple days ago with my wife. Really good ingredients and flavors. Loved the grating of aged Parmesan at the end. Biggest downside is I think it would taste better without the drizzle of honey. The fancy box/plates/silverware, would rather have them drop the price but it is a fancy pizza place.
I was blown away from Miami Slice’s Pepperoni Pizza during my stay at Fontainebleau. I also enjoyed going to El Bagel every morning for breakfast during y stay.
Food looks really nice, some value for money and some very expensive ($18 for a sandwich feels insane to me when I would pay max a third of that here in UK for similar quality). Will definitely check out FountaineBleau this summer though as I like to visit all the hotels.
Matthew! I just heard that the Donut Bar is now closed! I once went in there based on your recommendation and took a selfie with your sign/picture. Sad that it's gone. Did Carl's Donuts take over the same location?
I've never had a non-functional tasting burger.🤔 You should collab with @Vegas with Shin his #EveryRestaurantsABuffetIfYoureWillingToPay matches your #DietStartsTomorrow Branding. Burger didn't look bad. _Fontainebleau_ said on Twitter you can still get the OG 6 chip nachos!🤣
What is going on going on… only 4 views. You put this up yesterday. Where are all the members? And yes, great review. I would eat there but I wouldn’t stay. Too far from all the action.!
Yeah very strange...this vid says it was posted 8hrs ago...but ur comment is from 2 days ago?? And I've been on YT all day and this just popped up in my feed.
8.67 for one taco. Hell to the no! The pizza didn’t look appealing. The rest all looked ok. Not crazy about any of it tho. Don’t think it made me want to go eat there. Ty for the review
The Fontainebleau’s food hall sounds amazing

Some of it looked good.
Lol Matthew, it's a good day tomorrow never comes because it's always today! You can put that diet off the rest of your life that way!
The food looks nice, but I did like the sandwich from Nona’s.
Best pizza on strip...4 sure..

I was wondering how you eat that much lol
bring a lot $$$$
Looks delicious but pricey. The pizza didn’t look good.
Why is that resort so empty? Usually new places are crowded.
Mattheew 😃
So what is a functional burger Matthew? 😂 food looked good but bagel was way overpriced
Pizza wins!
When you say “Diet starts tomorrow” is that like a shout out to the proper eats food hall at the Aria?
No I been saying it for long time lol

What looked the Best ?
That was easy.....
You! 😁
🤨
Cringe 😂
Thry are wild for charging that much for 1 taco... even half that price would be expensive.
Wait, did you actually eat all that by yourself or did your camera person have some?
Lol Just me this time 🤦🏻
How does Capon's burger compare to Holsteins Gold Standard burger?
Both very good holsteins is more of a gourmet burger . Fast food vs sit down
Looks good but damn has Vegas food gotten out of control expensive!!
if you're going to pay $8 for a taco ya might as well go down the street to El Gordo for cheaper one that are probably better just my opinion
Typical overpriced Vegas food hall
Second that, garbage
Bro looks like Nick avocado dude but totally normal
I say the burger
Vegas is slowly pricing people out. I imagine businesses will start to struggle if prices keep going up like this.

Bagel look good but xpensivAF
This food hall is highway robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A slice for 8 plus dollars???
8 bucks for a taco?! No thanks
All of That of that food was a rip off.
( He paid in Canadian $$$ )
Thr italian sammich seems to be a good price considering how big it was and all of the premium ingredients.
Font not Fount
Oink Oink. keep this up another 20 or 30 years, you'll be as fat as me !
You have an innate ability to scarf all that food down. Yes, the cost was high but the quality I guess makes up for the expense.
Yuck
