I feel like it would be better to put flux core solder into a motorized tumbler. I don't see any practical use for solder paste this corse. But maybe I'm wrong.

Put salt in a cup, get a 24v or higher voltage power supply, put the solder in the positive and some metal in the negative, this will sinterize the solder into nanoballs far smaller than what you can get mechanically, it will let you make the expensive kind of solder paste this way. I think the proper name is cream solder or paste solder rather than solder paste.
