Heidi, I love to hear what's going on with my friends, so ramble on! I'm very sorry Frank has such nasal polyp issues - how in the world can he even breathe?? I hope they can figure out the root of this problem for him! 😫 Beautiful empties. So good to hear that Millie can go off leash for increasing amounts of time - happy dogs, happy family. Stay well my sweet friend. ❤️🤗
Hi Amy! It's not easy for him to breathe at all. He has no sense of smell and even after surgery his sense of smell only improves slightly. He snores like a freight train at times because of the polyps also. We did find out he has certain allergies so he has to be on strong prescription strength allergy pills the rest of his life. We also found out he has chronic sinus infections and has to be on antibiotics frequently. The combination of of both allergies and chronic infections just keep the cycle going but at least he doesn't have to have surgeries so frequently. We are going to be taking the pups out in the woods today but it's so windy we may have to weigh them down! Enjoy your weekend and will see you soon!
@@heidiu2scrap Heidi that sounds so difficult for him and I didn't realize he can't smell, on top of everything else. (And I'm sorry for you with the freight train imitation.) I hope you enjoy your time in the woods with the girls today and yes, by all means weigh them down! we've had some wild winds down here as well. Take care friend! ❤️🥰
Believe it or not, I didn't get to candle day! I went and looked at my stash and kept repeating to myself, no more, no more, no more. LOL! There are some scents I want to try but I'll hold off. Thanks for watching!
Sad that it’s time to move onto the winter scents, fall scents are my favourite. Did Candle Day today, I need to stop buying candles….lol. Hope you and Frank get some answers, it’s frustrating waiting. Thanks for sharing 🥰
Yes, fall scents are my favourite also. Have Twisted Peppermint going right now. It is so bright and definitely improves my mood. Thanks for stopping by!
Hi Heidi, I got through 4 to your 11 candles...wow. You went through quit a variety of scents. I am glad to hear that Millie is doing well and she is gradually integrating back to her usual routine. I hope you and Frank get the answers your seeking with his condition. At least your getting answers. Trying to maneuver the health care system and to the right specialists has been a pain in the neck for myself and Wesley. Especially for Wesley. Poor guy, has been home for the past two months in a lot of pain. Won't go into details. But it's a problem the doctors don't want to fix. Grrrrrr! Any way. Glad you guys got to go away for a while from the hustle and bustle of life and its' stresses. I had to refrain from going to Candle Day at BBW today. It was tempting, but I have candles coming out my ears at this point. Another candle just might break the pile LOL I have yet to get through. Are you partaking in it this year? Thanks for sharing your empties. I miss not being able to go to Yankee cause your right, they do have great tree scents. Hope you have a good weekend.
Hi Brenda! Frank's surgeon is excellent. He actually wanted to find the solution to his problem rather than just temporarily fixing it. We found out he has specific allergies so he has to be on a variety of prescription strength allergy medication which he has to be on the rest of his life and also he has chronic infections of the sinuses which he has to be on antibiotics frequently. We are grateful he at least found the answer to why he has the polyps. It's a day surgery and he recovers quickly from it. I hope Wesley can find some answers soon also. It's terrible to have to suffer like that. I didn't go to candle day also. There are some new scents I wanted to try but looked at my stash and said no more, no more. LOL! Going to take the girls out shortly but afraid with the wind gusts we will all be blown away! Have a restful weekend and will see you soon!
@@heidiu2scrap Hi Heidi, I am glad that you found a Doctor that actually cared enough to find a cause to the problem. Nothing worse than suffering and not knowing why. All that worry and pain to go through. I am sorry to hear he has to go through another day surgery, but am glad it's nothing terrible such as cancer again. What a relief. I hope his day surgery goes well when he goes to have it done. Wesley's problems have to dealt with surgery and the doctors keep passing him off. He can't see his urologist until Feb 2023. The system sucks. He had this doctor, but couldn't see him again until our family doctor referred back to this same Urologist. The system is crazy......Trying to get a specialist is like pulling teeth. You either land in the emergency which no one wants at this point and time or you wait forever. Either way the system is getting worse as we are getting older , is what I am finding. I am glad Frank was able to find a good surgeon. Wishing him all the best. Hope your not drowning too much in paper work. I know it's hectic for you this time a year. At least Millie is able to go out with you and Abbey now for walks. At leas that is a great break. Hope you had a good weekend. Take care. :) Hugs
Love that soft purple color on you. Thinking of Frank and hope all goes ok. I just researched nasal polyps and learned all about them. Thanks for your videos as always.
I still have my Acorn Lane candle, it's in line after my "DD Home Thanksgiving Feast". I love Southern Evening. Such a great scent. I hope everything goes okay with Frank. I will be praying for him. Take care 🥰
Thank you Kelly! Me and Frank are having a competition on who has had more surgeries but the past few years he has surpassed me. This will be Frank's 10th surgery and I am a distant second at 7. Millie is at 5 and Julian is at 2. LOL! Nothing has ever gone smoothly with me and Frank so we would go insane if we didn't have a sense of humour about this kind of thing. I think you will enjoy Acorn Lane. Take care of yourself!
Thank you! Nothing ever goes very smoothly for me and Frank. This will be Frank's 10th surgery and I'm at 7 so we have been having a friendly competition on who has had the most surgeries. Millie isn't too far behind at 5. Our son Julian is at 2. Hopefully this will be it for quite a while but not getting my hopes up. Thank you for your kind words. Take care!
Yes, I miss the days when Yankee candles had strong throws. Many companies have taken over Yankee over the years and don't care about the quality anymore, just looking for a profit. I always had great luck with their "writing jars" and World's Journey line but those were from quite a few years ago. Luckily I still have some of those left. I wonder how much longer they will last. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
Sending prayers for Frank. Southern Evening is a favorite of mine. Thanks so much for sharing all you’ve been burning and warming Heidi 💕
Hi Susan! Hoping Southern Evening will come back for BBMB. Hope all is well with you and your family!

I don't mind you "blabbing on and on" 😂 you are the best ❤ My best thoughts to Frank ❤
Aww, you are so sweet! Thank you so much!
Fun and relaxing video. Thanks for sharing 😊

Anxious to see what you got at candle day.

Sorry to hear about Frank's problems with polyps. Glad to hear Millie is doing well.
We wore patchouli when we were teenagers in the seventies 😊
I do like patchouli if it is done right. Yankee had a good patchouli scent back in the day. Thanks for stopping by!
That was fun.
So glad you enjoyed and thanks for stopping by!
♡♡♡♡ sending all the love
Thank you so much!
hey heidi so if your candles arent pooling out use some aluminium foil and wrap it around your candle just a helpful tip
Yes, I have done that in the past with candles that tunnel. Thanks for watching!
@@heidiu2scrap try it again

Lots of yummy fall scents Heidi 😊
Fall scents are the best! Hope all is well with you!
That's so true. When I was a kid a year was forever but like you say, it's like two months now.....scary
I remember as a kid wondering why time went so slow now I can't believe a year can go by so quickly!
Poor Frank
You have had a lot going on, God bless your good ❤️ heart. I do love Rosewater and Ivy. I have 1 for backup and I would buy it again.

@@heidiu2scrap oh my gosh Heidi, please take best care during all this stress. 💕
Yankee candle is so light barely any scent. They're all closing around me now. Far too expensive for little scent
