I've just recently found and started following you and I have seen LOTS and LOTS of your videos, but for some reason THIS one is my fav so far! Sooooooooo many things you can do with a sturdy box and great scripture, poems etc. My Pastor's wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer and I can just imagine giving her something encouraging made from this! We believe GOD! Thank you so much for sharing!
Okay Maymay, 8 minutes into your video I had to pause it to tell you how much I already love your style. Your accent is close to home for me so it feels like crafting with a friend. By the 2 minute mark I caught myself sitting here answering your questions as if we were conversing. Crazy, I know, but I can tell I will love your channel for that all by itself. I can't wait to dive into my crafting closet and try this. Your project is both beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for sharing this!
Very pretty! Love the colors! Love the focal point and the layout. It reminds me of Farmhouse Chic or French Country! Wow now you have my creative juices flowing! Thanks so much, love your channel!
Your amazing Amy! I love how you took this empty box and made it look like a canvas that you bought at the store, just amazing. I love those flowers you made, they are beautiful. This turned out so pretty and will hold it's own against any store bought decoration!
What a beautiful project! Love when I can scrounge around my stash and make something brand new. I am so glad that I learned about "Art Glitter Glue" from you, it has made a huge difference crafting with my grandbabies! Blessings, Suzee
Oh Amy!! thank you for taking the time to show every detail as you went along. This is so beautiful and delicate and I enjoyed listening to you. What a gift and talent .I will be following you for sure. Thanks again. :):)
What a beautiful project. love the look. you are amazing. just to let you know not to long ago I was in a very dark place. I stumbled on one of your projects. "I used to craft before depression took over" and you are my angel. your inspiration landed me at the craft store and back into life. thank you and God bless you. .hugs Louisa.
That is beautiful. It felt like your out there, but put together if that makes sense. when you were describing your craft together I appreciated the whole whatever happens happens your nonchalant attitude.
I just love this and I am going to try this with a postcard of a trolley car that my granddaughter sent me from Lisbon when she was there on vacation with her hubby! She knows I love trolley cars! Thank you for this great idea! Love your videos and your ideas!
Absolutely love how you made the flowers. I been making my own and looking up different ways and styles. Then I glue a clothespin on the back and hang pictures from them on twine. So THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing. I'm so excited to try them.❤👍😆💖😀
Sou Brasileira estou encantada com o seu trabalho elevadíssimo! Você tem mãos de fada. Os materiais que você usa é de dá inveja kkkk onde eu moro não tem. Obrigada por dividir conosco seu conhecimento. 😘
This is gorgeous! I now know what I will make my sister for ChrIstmas. YAY! This year everything is homemade...at least for my brother, sister, and sons'spouses. The kids still get toys. Some day I can give them wall hangings. I have the perfect boxes for these. They are from my "packages" of 40 cards and 40 envelopes. I will make something else for my sons. I have one jewelry box so far. I need to order 5 more and each son, my brother, and brother-in-law will receive the trinket boxes. They are not going to be really large, since decorating for guys is more challenging than for women. Anyway, thanks for teaching me how to make the flowers!! I cannot wait to dig into my scraps and see if I can get rid of some. I have so many scraps in a variety of colors.
Oh my goodness this is absolutely amazing! Love love love it!! Yeahhhhhh I got my Art Glitter Glue and I am in love with it!! LOLL It does exactly like you said it would. I can tell you that it is going to make my crafting a lot faster in some crafts and our Art Bible Journal. Thank you for sharing!
MayMay - I love what you did with the Serenity Prayer and those flowers - sure beats the plain gold frame it was in! Thanks so much for sharing and especially for honoring Mary in the way you crafted it.
***** Please don't feel guilty. I scanned it on my computer. I knew when I sent it you would make something beautiful with it. And I put it on the black card stock for stability. Don't worry about trimming it. I would have too! You are an inspiration to many of us. Thanks for all you do.
I thinkpaper trearing is therapeutic , I love decopage projects and nothing is garbage in my house ,I repurpose packaging, I have alway been this way. Tfs
Beautiful! Where are you gonna hang it?? What a sweet reminder of God....& peace. I love this.....great ideas with the box too!!! Have a great weekend! Looking forward to the make and take!! Hugs! Becca
Hey from Lake City, FL and a brand new subscriber. I can't wait to see more of y'all's videos. This is absolutely beautiful! Just love it! Lots of love and hugs, Susie
This is absolutely beautiful. I was thinking that Readers Digest condensed books would be good to use here or anywhere you need book pages or decorated books. I've made those flowers from toilet paper rolls. You just have to paint or glue patterned papers to the roll before you cut them. I've made a few different layered ones with these. The flowers would look even more dementional if you stack two together or with the smaller one on top of the bigger one. (when you picked them up to move them I saw the smaller pink one on top of the larger one and it looked so good together) then the center or just add more layers. They'd look good glittered if you like that sort of thing. I do !!! You can use these flowers anywhere you want. Wow !!! Inking your canvase makes it look stunning
Hi Maymay, Love your videos. This one has really inspired me. I'm going to turn these ideas into some cards today because work requested some from me but the recycle box is right up my alley! Betca I have one similar in my stash. :)
You blew me away again. The other day I found probably the last and only wedding invitation left from our wedding 14 yrs ago. This would be the perfect preservation for it. I'll post on the "so did I" page what I come up with. Oxoxo
This is amazing! Really! Scrap art.:)! My fav! Really cool box, love how you did that and gorgeous flowers. I just read that Serenity prayer yesterday and the day before. Strange, I read it like 7 times. I just found it in a woman's prayer book I got at a thrift store! Cool! I was intently thinking about that prayer a couple days and BOOM! Here it is AGAIN! And i've known it for years. :) But rarely hear it. Synchronicity happens...New Sub!

So beautiful and inspiring. There's something poetic about creating beauty from the ordinary or from something that's been thrown away.
That turned out so well. Just beautiful!

I am so glad I am not the only one that sees a box more than a box or anything someone else sees as trash I see as treasure (A craft).
